"Well my sister has been a resident of Valley Healthcare for about 1½ weeks now. Since COVIC-19 prevents visitors from visiting loved ones, I really can not share my experience of the overall facility. But what I can share is if the staff is anything like BRAD from ADMINISTRATION, VALLEY HEALTHCARE is an AWESOME, CARING, HELPFUL, and a kind of place I would recommend for your family member. I have seen improvement in my sister since being at the facility. "Grand Terrace Care Center was excellent. My sister-in-law had a leg wound and she was having a hard time getting that healed and the doctor there was so nice and got that done. The therapy was marvelous. She wasn't walking at all, and they got her up walking with help. The medical care was good, and the staff was sensitive to her needs. We always felt comfortable visiting there. I went to their Cinco De Mayo. They made an effort to do activities. They had a dayroom where they eat sometimes. The facility was clean and neat, and the food was good. They gave her snacks. She was pretty thin when she got there, and she thrived there. The medicine people were good as were the nurses, and the people who took care of her, kept her clean and bathed her. The social worker was wonderful and got us a wheelchair. I'm very pleased with all of that. I had a very positive experience."

"Nursing Center looks clean, friendly staff, good smell, I recommend to come in and check out the place, for anyone looking for quality in care look no more this is the place! A very active community. Recreational services are very up beat, really seem to motivate the patients in participating in the daily community activities. Rehab services are superb I've see so much commitment to each individual receiving services, it warms my heart to see how much care, compassion, attention the staff show to each patient. Amazing...."

"My mother in law was at Reche Canyon for several weeks. I saw the negative reviews online after we were already in the building. I had spoke to Kim and told her that we wanted to go to another facility. She was very friendly and had me speak to Jason. He made me feel welcome and told me that things would be good and he would make sure that we were checked on often. My wife tells me that Jason stuck to his promises and he checked on my mother in law often and was always saying hello to my wife and asking her if she had any concerns. Kim also checked in often. As long as Kim and Jason are at this facility I would recommend them with any loved one. Thank you all for your kindness and caring to my family. Hope to never come back but If we do we will come back to Reche Canyon. Thank you and your staff !"

"The hospital arranged Country Villa Hacienda for me. The staff were very nice, funny, and hard workers. They help you get back on your feet after being in a hospital. I get along well with everybody. The food was good. The rooms were nice and comfortable. It was my first time being in that facility and I enjoyed it being there. "

"I'm currently in Linda Valley Care Center. I've been here for about six weeks. I've been in three of them here in the Redlands Valley, and this has been the best caring facility I've seen. They're very attentive. It runs like a machine. Everybody's got a job to do, and they do it, and everybody's happy. This care center here is pretty good. They're really out there for you. Everyone's helpful. My room is a shared room. It's a very welcoming place, well-kept, very clean, and the staff is constantly cleaning. The people have a lot of compassion. The food is excellent. It's been completely remodeled, freshly painted, and everything works. You get what you pay for."

"There’s Community Care on Palm that’s really nice. It’s for mild and moderate memory care and for those who don’t act out. It’s beautiful. The staff was polite, but my mom was too far advanced with her Alzheimer's to be accepted there. We were able to take a short tour, and they explained that she didn’t fit into the culture of their community. They have rooms with 2 beds in each one and a hall that goes in a complete circle. You have an inside courtyard with windows that you can look out of, and there’s an outside courtyard that's gated. They have a beautiful little yard, and people are very calm there. The staff seems very nice and very adequate. Everybody gathers together in the dining room. It seems like they have a really nice community. It looks like it’s very family-oriented, so everybody is together and gets along really well. They were very impressive. "

"The staff at Highland Palms Healthcare Center were very nice, but there were not enough of them in my mom's area. I wish there was just more of them, so they would be more attentive to the patients, but they did a good job with the cleanliness. "
