My brother moved into Valley Healthcare Center. He's doing OK. I'm pretty happy with the facility, but it's just been difficult with COVID since we're not able to see him. I'm impressed with the staff; they're very good.

Well my sister has been a resident of Valley Healthcare for about 1½ weeks now. Since COVIC-19 prevents visitors from visiting loved ones, I really can not share my experience of the overall facility. But what I can share is if the staff is anything like BRAD from ADMINISTRATION, VALLEY HEALTHCARE is an AWESOME, CARING, HELPFUL, and a kind of place I would recommend for your family member. I have seen improvement in my sister since being at the facility. And once again a big S/O to BRAD from ADMINISTRATION - YOU ARE AWESOME, JUST AWESOME and thank you BRAD for your patience and help with my sister yesterday 5/21/20!! Gloria Allen

The rooms are ok, it is an old run down facility that needs a lot of work done. The main front staff is only concerned about $$$ not the patients. It is sad most of the people here are old/er and are treat less than most of the staff would treat their own families. Some of the nurses care about the patients but not all, they don't answer the call lights, forget about them it really is a sad sight. Most of the residents sit in the hall all day/wait to play bingo/or watch TV on shared TV's. I would not recommend this place for any longer stay than a week at the longest. And any family be diligent on knowing what the staff and Dr's involved are doing at ALL TIMES for the safety of your loved one!

Valley Healthcare Center was better than a couple of the others I had been to. They had two patients in each room, and they had a nice physical therapy with the machines. They had a room with TV in it and other things the patients could do. The lady who showed us and took us around was very nice, and that's the one that I would choose if I had to go somewhere.
