I like almost all the people that work here at Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. There's one person that I don't think should even be in caretaking, but that's my own opinion. The facility as a whole makes me feel like they're family. They're extremely nice and friendly and with any of my needs, they move quickly. If I need something, I don't have to wait forever. It took me a while to adjust to this kind of lifestyle, but now I love it and I love the people here. My room is very nice. It's fairly large and it's partitioned off. I don't have a roommate at this time for the last month and a half or two months. We just have a microwave and a small refrigerator. There's no cooking allowed in here, but the three meals a day we get are absolutely fantastic. I have no complaints over them. They've been doing a lot of changing around right now as far as I can understand. They just hired a new cook that started today because they had problems with the other one. They have bingo and 90% of the people here or even more that are wheelchair bound or have a walker have beach volleyball in the loft. Everyone sits in chairs and throws the ball back and forth. They have movie times. It's extremely clean and smells good everywhere. You can walk out my door down the hall and everything always smells good and clean. What is offered here makes the risk worth it.

What I like least about Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is the fact that our blood pressure is never taken. You have a lot of senior citizens in here. We have strokes. Some of those strokes could be avoided if blood pressure was regularly taken. Some of the staff is very, very good. Some of the staff is mediocre. We have three meals a day and the food is very good. There's a bed, a chair, a microwave, a chest of drawers, and a television set in my apartment. They're in the process of getting a new activities director because the last one quit. They have a pool and a hot tub. However, they've shut those down as of June 1st. I'm not happy with upper management. They have the final say on stuff and a lot of the residents here are not happy with the upper management. The staff themselves are basically pretty good. However, they are understaffed.

I've been in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living for two years now. It's great. We have a lot of choices on our food or diet. We have a lot of choices with the activities. We have kind and gracious caregivers and our director, if we have any problems, we just go to her and she'll work it out for us. We play bingo, Pokeno, we do some painting, we have karaoke, and we play UNO. We have three meals a day and we have a large menu and we have snacks in between if we want them. The food is excellent and they're always looking for ideas to put different things that we may like on the menu. The staff is great because you can go to them, and if they don't have the answer, they'll go find somebody that does. You always get a feedback and answer. They never leave you hanging. We have a bus here that takes us to Walmart or shopping twice a week and also does doctor visits. If we have any problem with the bus, the director here hires an Uber. If we have any problems, the director is willing to work it out. People need to know that they can be safe in here and they can trust our director to help them. We're always working on the food. They'll change the menu. We have sugar-free stuff for the diabetics. We have people on a different department that takes care of the outside. The inside, our housekeeping is great. We've got carpet cleaners. They're putting linoleum in everywhere. It's an older building, so they're still working on putting flooring in some of the rooms, but it's great. I'm happy. I like to dance and sing. I just love it. I really don't have any complaints at all. They gave out a number if anybody ever wanted to complain and I don't think very many people do because you can always work it out here. If we want a different group of music, they work on that. It's hard to be out there in the streets. In here, you're fed well and you're protected. We're secure at night. Everything's locked up. This is one of the nicer places because they have a sidewalk that goes in a big circle. We got beautiful trees, doves and birds. We're not confined just to the inside facility. The caregivers can take the people out that can't go on their own and they take us on morning walks. It's really beautiful here. I tell people that they need to give it a try. We have age from 46 on up to 104 and we just had a party for the man of 104. The mayor came and everybody. It's a wonderful place.

I am in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. The staff is friendly. They have a lot of activities going on. They have entertainment. Caregiving is excellent. They provide three meals a day. The food is really good, and they have a variety. They have chair volleyball, Pokeno, bingo, karaoke, card games, and ping-pong. My apartment includes a bed, a nightstand, a dresser and a TV. They have a small patio and a courtyard.

Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is very good. They listen to what you have to say. Karen is a very good administrator. They have quite a few things to keep us busy. The gal that does cleaning of the clothes does an excellent job. They have exercise, bingo, and volleyball. They have three meals a day and the food has been very good. The staff is very helpful. My apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, bed, and a dresser. They provide transportation. There's a lot of open areas here. There are sidewalks all around it, very pretty and well kept. The people in charge of passing out prescriptions are very good too. Sometimes, they're a little slow when you ring your buzzer, but overall they do a good job.

I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. I like it here. It's like our home. It's just nice to have people here and people to do things with and all that kind of stuff. They have three meals a day. The food is good. Some bad days and some good days, but mostly it's good. They have a lot of activities for volleyball and exercise. They have people come in like singers and stuff like that. The staff is pretty good in general, some people you get to know a little more than others and are nicer than others. They have some outdoor spaces with some benches that you can sit out and eat out. It's very clean. Value for money is good. They have washers and dryers and other things to do around here.

I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. They're just hard workers. They clean the rooms really well. They do a great job. It's like, if you're in a motel or a high-priced hotel, they clean it, make the beds, or if you have a dirty cup of coffee or something, they'll wash it for you without even asking. Plus they do your laundry here too. You just turn it in and they fold it for you, hang it up and bring it back clean, fresh, and it smells good. It's not really an apartment, but it's a small room. Two live in each room. It has a microwave, a sink, a couple of tables and dressers for our stuff. The TVs are supplied. They have really good TVs here. It's nice. It's comfortable. They have activities every day. They have bingo, volleyball, singing, and karaoke. They always have like birthday parties and stuff for people here. The other day, we had a birthday party for a guy that turned 104 and he's really in good shape. They always try and give us something special all the time because a lot of the guests here are pretty old. Some of them really need to be looked after and they do that. There's dementia and they keep an eye on them really good. The staff is great. They're really caring. It's a good value.

I like the people that help us at Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. The caregivers are what I like best. They're very considerate. If there's an appointment, they keep it at the right time. They're very polite. My apartment got two beds and it had two dressers when we moved in. It has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a good sized closet. It's very clean. Almost every day, they play bingo, they play cards, and yesterday, they had karaoke. They are very caring. The facility is very nice and very well kept. The food is very good.

I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. My caregiver is Isabel. She does many jobs. She does clean our room and do the laundry. She's kind. She goes out of her way. She's all around humanitarian. My apartment is small and convenient. It's two people in one room. Thy have activities, volleyball, UNO, bingo, and trivia. We have a beauty salon, library, and you can walk around. This place is more than 12 acres. It's beautiful. There's a lot of butterflies, hummingbirds and big flowers. We have meetings, so we can improve it, so that's a good thing. I'm happy here. The staff is great. They're gonna get a new chef in a couple of weeks. The facility is accessible.

Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is really nice. My interaction with the staff is great. My apartment is not big, but it's good. It's more of a shared one. I have a living room and a bedroom. It's very, very nice and it's well kept up. The food is very good. The staff is nice and friendly. They put you at ease and you're not worried. You're not going to get much better than this place. The facility is nice and very comfortable. You don't get all worked up or anything. You just do what you are asked to do and the time flies by. They have some good activities. You just have to get used to it, and the outside is very nice. For the money, they're not trying to take it all from you at one time.

I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. They're very attentive and very caring. My apartment is very nice. It accommodates me fine. Right now, I am living by myself. All the repairs that I've needed, they have come in a timely fashion. My room is kept clean on a weekly basis and so is my laundry. They have bingo, UNO, and karaoke. They're trying to get more activities planned. Unfortunately, a bus just broke down so it's kind of in between right now but they're trying to expand their things. They take me to dentist appointments and doctors if it's within a 50-mile range. If not, they help me with arranging rides for anything further out. Their doors are always open for me to talk. I am the president of the resident council, so I have good communication with the upper management. I don't need a lot of help, but it's nice to know they're here. I'll just give a shoutout to five caregivers, Sandy, Paulina, Mary, Angela, and Jennifer.

I've been here in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living for two years now and I feel it's my home. It feels comfortable. I feel safe. I have no problem living here. I like the staff. They take good care of us. They're friendly. They're the kind of people you'd like to have for your friends. My roommate and I live in this apartment. It's not large. It's only probably about 20 by 12, most likely and there's room for two beds. We have our own separate areas. They have a little short wall in between us. If you get along well with your roommate, it is a great place to live. There's plenty of room for the two of us. We have a nice little kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a sink and we both share that. We get along with one television that we both shared, although I believe they will supply a second television if you request it, but we enjoy watching the same program, so we watch it together. I like the bathroom size because I'm in a wheelchair and there's plenty of room to turn around. The shower is easy to get into. They will assist you if you need assistance. If you don't, they let you do it yourself. One thing about the staff is they are very willing to adapt to your personal needs. It's not like they just come in and do the same thing for everybody. You're a special person in their eyes, and they take what you need into consideration. They have seated activities like bingo, but they also have group activities like trivia. The thing I like best is chair volleyball. Once a week we get together and they put up a really nice net and play with beachballs. Everybody's in their wheelchairs or seated in a chair. The ambulatory people do not get to be on their feet. They have to sit like everybody else. We enjoy that. We also have music. We have sing-alongs, and in the dining room during meals, they bring in performers. We have three different areas where there are different jigsaw puzzles happening. If you'd like to do individual activities, it's there for you. If you like group activities, it's also available. The facility is terrific. The maintenance staff and cleaning staff are the best. You can't walk around without seeing somebody either cleaning, vacuuming, painting, all those good things. For what we pay, it's a very good value. The food is correctable. I think they're having a rough time right now. It was better, and then it kind of sagged, and I think now it's gonna get better.

I've been here in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living for a while now, but I love the way the people just work their butts off. They're constant every day, and it's been that way since I've been here. We've changed administrators, but the staff basically has stayed the same. Maybe a few nurses have changed, but in the long run, everybody here has just been incredibly cool. Even with administration change, there have been no radical changes here, which is quite nice, so it makes me feel better. My apartment is beautiful. It's a two-bedroom, it's rather big, and it has wooden floors, which is nice. It has no carpeting. Everything is clean and painted. I'm very happy with what they've done here, keeping it up, keeping it fixed and everything running well and that includes everything. The maintenance people are absolutely unbelievable. They work just as good as the nurses do, but they maintain everything and do a heck of a good job at trying to keep everything together and I love that part. We've got all kinds of stuff. We have a swimming pool and outdoor activities. We have volleyball, bingo, and all kinds of activities that all the residents can participate in. The activities director here is also new, but does a wonderful job. The meals are very good. The chefs cook fresh stuff here, which is nice. Even at dinners, you can sit there and ask for just about anything you want, any time of day that you want. If you want bacon and eggs at dinner, you can get it.

Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is home. The caregivers that we have are conscientious and they're good. They take care of us like we're their family. My apartment is about 10 by 25, and two of us share it. It has a 10 by 10 bathroom that's big enough to get in, in my wheelchair and move around. The apartments are really nice. You can get a two-person apartment and one person can rent that. Everybody loves bingo, but I'm a big puzzle person and I like to draw. They've got just about anything anybody would want. They have a library, a patio out by the pool, and little courtyard areas. It will house 150 people, so it's quite a large place. We have a great maintenance staff that helps keep it up and we've got our admin staff that helps keep all of our paperwork going and keeps track of what everybody has going on in their life. It's a very good value for what I pay.

I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. I like the freedom. It's just wonderful. There are a lot of comings and goings. They have all the rides. They get you an Uber or anything you need. Everybody's wanting to help you and do everything they can for you. I have a roommate, but he's quiet. They play bingo and table tennis and they have a library. It's reasonable.

Recently sprayed for bedbugs, heat is only way to eliminate 100%. They advertise a pool, myself and the rest of the assisted living residents are not allowed to use the pool, yet they use it to lure possible residents. The new supervisor Karen acts more like a warden .Fear and intimidation tactics. I moved in end of July.I was so excited to be here at first, then Karen took over. In fairness, not all her fault, but she makes things worse.I believe u should cater to the residents (ur cash flow) not corporate (ur overhead).Maybe I'm wrong, just a knuckle dragging HVAC tradesmen for 30 yrs.FYI, intimidation tactics only make me upset.

I'm in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. I like the openness and the friendship. We are currently under COVID lockdown, so I can't give answers on the events and that type of thing. The staff is excellent. The food is generally delicious. There are times when it gets boring. The facility is not new. I think it's probably been here 20 to 25 years, but it's well-maintained. We don't have a lot of activities here. We have the normal activities going in the great rooms of bingo and that type of thing but as far as the outdoor activities or the athletic type to keep me in shape, those are nonexistent. The size of the rooms is very nice.

Ever since the new owners took over in 2023, Wildomar Senior Assisted Living has been in a rapid decline. Residents have to live two to a studio apartment with one bathroom. Caretakers are understaffed, so the quality of care has suffered. Almost all of the the best and brightest employees left the facility for new jobs not wanting to work in a place where it is impossible to give even adequate care to the residents. Many of the long term residents moved to find a better, safer environment. The new owners are focused on one thing and one thing only. NOT quality care, NOT a safe environment, NOT residents or caregivers best interests. The new owners one and only focus is MONEY. How to make money at ANY cost. At the cost of safety and peace of any kind.

We toured Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. The staff was very nice. The community itself is very nice and well-kept. It was an older community. The clientele there were much older. It felt nice, but it didn't feel overly welcoming. It was very nice, but for what we were looking for the money, we were able to find better. The sizes of the rooms are very small. The shared rooms were very small.

The level of activities provided to the residents has slipped. There are no longer daily games scheduled for the residents and the games provided are limited to LCR and bingo. I do not know if the Funny Money store even exists anymore. That was a great service provided to the residents in which they could spend their winnings for needed items and small fun treats. The games provide a needed opportunity for socialization and recreation in an otherwise dull environment.

I am writing on behalf of a dear friend who resided in the community with her husband at the time and has since moved out to live with family after his passing. The staff were always courteous and approachable. The facilities well kept and clean throughout. My friend enjoyed the activities and events offered like the word games, the live entertainment, and volleyball. But she particularly enjoyed the other residents she made friends with. Although the dining facility was convenient, she felt that there could have been more variety in the menu options. Overall I can say that her experience was positive and she enjoyed her time in this community.

I trust that the new company that took over recently will have the facility running smoothly. I know they’re doing their best to improve things. What else can be improved is the food served. Hit & miss with the soup, serve more nutritious food for lunch, not just sandwiches. In regards to the activities, need to add more, interesting activities. I have to say that Wildomar senior assistant living is the cleanest & well maintained facility that our lived one has been in.

Facility was sold and from first visit and decision to move my Dad in, everything changed. Mass exodus of employee’s, lack of staff and things I was told didn’t happen. After 3 month, thing have gotten slightly better, but I haven’t been able to let go of my Dad’s private care, so now paying for both. Had I known, I’m not sure I would have moved him.

My experience in the Wildomar Senior Center has been great so far. I’ve been volunteering here for a few weeks now and it’s such a great experience. I am able to do little things that are admired by the residents there. The staff here are such nice people that I can see they care about the residents having a good time especially their movie nights and game days. Volunteering here has definitely been a good experience I’ve had. A special thank you to Maria that gave me the opportunity to volunteer here.

I come to this facility twice a month to visit with the residents. Most often two of us come each with a therapy dog. The dogs love the staff and residents as do their handlers, myself and my partner of the day. Generally, when we arrive we see activities such as exercise classes and sometimes preparations for Birthday parties where most of the residents are willingly involved. We see them out in the sun and in the sitting areas of the ground floor. We will go to a room upon request. The rooms look comfortable and are always orderly and clean. This facility is wonderful to visit for us. Staff and residents are always glad to see us and conversational with us and each other. They enjoy the attention of our Therapy dogs and welcome us with open arms. The food always smells inviting but we have never eaten there. The residents rave about it though. Sometimes we visit residents poolside too on lovely days.

My grandmother lived here for over five years between 2017-2022. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and treated my grandma as if she was their own. Wildomar Senior Assisted Living was excellent. The facility was bright, airy, and beautiful. It was all open, beautifully decorated with high ceilings, and the walls were beautifully painted with different types of art. Staff were immediately at the door when you went in so that they could help you. Off to the left was a big dining room and the place was filled with people at the tables. They were engaging in puzzles and activities. There was a small library where they had tables and puzzles. They had elevators to go upstairs and downstairs. Some seniors were sitting around in the foyer reading the paper or magazines. They looked very comfortable, and it looked like they were just enjoying themselves. The staff was pretty friendly to all of the residents. The room was two people per room, but it was small. There was a big beautiful pool and a jacuzzi for the residents. They had outdoor seating and umbrellas. It was a very quiet place and a very remote area with a lot of trees, and a nice ambiance to be outdoors.

My mom has lived here for a little over 10 years now. When she first moved in she was in the beginning stages of dementia. Today, she has full blown dementia and is now on Hospice. From the beginning the Nursing Staff and Administration have been excellent to work with. My mom is getting excellent care here. Administration is excellent to work with as well. Brooke , Maggie, Dawn and all the rest are so professional and caring. Mom used to live in another assisted living facility here in town, before she moved to Wildomar. This other facility had all the bells and whistles. In the beginning we thought is was a great fit for her, but I soon found out that the care she was "supposed" to be getting wasn't happening. Plus, it TWICE as much as Wildomar Senior Living. Yes, the rooms are smaller at Wildomar, but in all honesty they are the perfect size for my mom. The Dining room is always clean, great food and all the big day are celebrated. Mom loved Bingo, in addition to all of the other activities they offer. There is not a single negative I can think of for Wildomar Senior Living. I highly recommend this facility for your elderly parent, grandparent, or whomever needs assistance.

My heart is super happy that I found Wildomar Community and that my mom loves it here as well. Everyone has made her feel so special and welcomed. She has made so many friends, playing so many fun games, church and activities to keep her busy. The staff is awesome, sweet and helpful. Food is great and my mom never never complained about it. The rooms are decent size and have as much privacy as one can expect. The only one thing I wish is that they would have paired my mom up with a roommate that was more or at least as active as my mom but she makes the best o f it. I would 100% recommend this assisted community to anyone that wants a safe and loving place for their loved ones.

My mother is gonna go into the Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. We went with this one because it is very close to where my sister-in-law and brother live, as well as another relative. They will be able to check on my mom all the time. We just absolutely love the facility, and we loved everybody we talked to. It was a Godsent for us. The staff answered all of our questions and showed us everything. We got to meet the head nurse and all the different people at the facility. It was wonderful. Hospice is coming in with her. We absolutely love the room. There is a little sitting room, and the shower was great especially for people who need help. There was a little walk-in shower where they could put a chair. There was a closet and a storage unit. It is a very nice sized room with lighting in it and a window. It was very homey. We met the chef, and he was sweet. You can bring the person's pet and let them see it, but it would be outside. They have a pool.

I have friends and relatives that have stayed at Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. It's the best senior place in the area and the waiting list is a year long. The staff members who I spoke with on the phone were very nice, caring, and helpful. It's located just a couple of miles from Inland Valley Hospital and shopping. The grounds are very nice and they also have a recreation facility. In addition to assisted living there's also independent living. They have a nurse and doctor on staff, and if you are on a specialized diet, they do all of that. It's a very nice community. They have a garden area where everybody can have their own plot.

My mother has been in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living for five years. It's very good. They offer a lot of activities, but she doesn't do anything. The food is quite good, yet a little too starchy for my taste, but there seems to be a good variety. I get copies of the menu every week. Her room is very nice and has a small kitchenette, but she doesn't use it. She has a refrigerator, a microwave, storage cabinets, and a full sink. It would be adequate for her needs if she needed anything, but she chooses not to use it. She uses the cafeteria or the dining room for her meals. The facility is very nice. It's worth visiting to see if it fits your needs. I'm very comfortable having my mother there.

I liked Wildomar Senior Assisted Living. It was clean. Everyone was very friendly and told me about all the different amenities. The lady who helped me was very lovely. The rooms were on the second floor. We went up the elevator to see a room set up to show potential customers, and it was very accommodating and quite lovely. They needed a better groundskeeper or landscaper. Other than that, it was lovely. She explained what was included in the base price and gave me a pamphlet on it and what it would cost if you needed more assisted living than what's basic. She was very informative, very kind, very accommodating, and I enjoyed it. I'm much more comfortable and at peace knowing that there's something available in an area that I want to be. It's near my bible study group at church in Wildomar. I was very pleased. Included in the base price, they come in once a week and change the linens and clean your apartment. They have the dining area where they serve the tables, and you can choose from a menu. They do two loads of laundry. They explained the activities and were doing chair aerobics, which I'm very interested in. They will take you to your doctors' appointments if need be, but right now, I still drive. They have events that they will take you to if you want to join up. They showed me a place where people put puzzles together, which I'm very interested in. It was very nice. They have a library and an area where someone will come every morning and you can gather around and they'll read the newspaper. You can sit and meet other people there. They have a variety of things going on.

We chose Wildomar; it's literally 10 minutes from my house, and I just got the best feeling over it. They take them to their doctor's appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays. It's super clean, the staff is really helpful, and they have really good food according to my uncle. They have a lot of games and activities. We're new to it, but so far, it's been a very good experience.

We chose Wildomar for my father because it looked like a home and didn’t smell. The people were friendly and helpful. They offer quite a few indoors activities, but he doesn’t do much. He used to do crossword puzzles a lot and read the paper back to back. They also have people come in to play music. The staff was very pleasant, and we appreciate the tour that they gave us.

The community of Wildomar is very nice. Wildomar Senior Assisted Living is clean, smells great, and looks great. So far, the people there are very cooperative in helping me figure out how to make this work. It's beautiful. The room is beautiful. Their apartment was nice, and the bathroom is huge. It is great for wheelchairs, and it has lots of storage. It is really nice. I know they have an activity room, and they play games. They have church services and a salon. They have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. There are places that family can come and do some barbecue. It's really nice. I'm still working on trying to get my dad in there, but from what I have seen so far, it seems to be doing fairly good. The people there seem happy.

I will give Wildomar Senior Assisted Living an A plus, or I wouldn't have my mother put in there. She is quite happy and is getting good service there. She is staying in a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, and everything she needs. They provide three meals a day. It's a nice environment with a dining hall and sometimes even live music. She is very happy with it. My mother has dementia, so she gets full service. We are pleased with every aspect of the place. No place is perfect, but they are doing a very good job. At 99 years old, she is more of a spectator when it comes to activities. She'll go down and watch the entertainment that's going on. We'll go in and visit her, and she'll play cards or scrabble with us.
