My uncle has moved in. They were very thorough and accommodating. The staff are very nice and very attentive. The rooms are clean, up-to-date, and modern. They gave us everything we were looking for in a room. I saw activities there. Some of the ladies were having a little dance class and some people were playing cards. It's a clean environment with caring staff that are very attentive. There are lots of activities to keep the residents busy.

I'm now at Meridian at Chino. My room is very nice. Half of the employees are okay, but the other half are not. They have exercise and they have movies. The food is just barely okay. The dining area is okay, and they have an activity room where they do stuff, and that's pretty much their amenities. It's very expensive, too.

Meridian at Chino looked beautiful and very clean. It didn't smell. The people were very, very friendly, and they had elevators. I was informed that the third floor had to be for people who were not in walkers or wheelchairs because of evacuation concerns. That was very prudent. Tori was very friendly and very efficient. She knew what she was talking about and she was able to give me brochures. She was able to take me on a tour and describe the rooms and what goes on there. She was able to give me a two-week menu of what they were serving, and a one-month menu of their extra activities. The structure of the building seemed very well done, and the facilities were clean. I saw three of their very adequate rooms. I liked the bathrooms with the full shower, the handlebars, and the bench to sit on. I felt that the size of the rooms was good. Some of them were larger than others. I also liked the fact that there was a microwave and a refrigerator in each of the units, and enough room for a bed, some storage, and maybe a table and chair, but as far as I know, you would be going to the dining area to eat.

It was very nice. Tammy, who was the person who spoke to us and gave us a tour, was very warm and very caring and had a lot of patience to answer our questions, and we felt very welcome. The units were beautiful. We saw about three units, and we were very impressed with them. We checked the dining room area, but we didn't try their food. The dining room was very clean, had lots of space, and it's very inviting. I didn't observe any activities. But they took us to the movie room, where you can watch movies, and I saw the gym. And I like the idea that they take the residents shopping a couple of times a week and that they have outings to go to, like a casino or to dinner. My brother is impressed with it.

It was a beautiful facility. It's a larger facility. Mom felt really comfortable touring there with me. She liked the staff members. They have a wonderful facility. They were just limited when it came to furnishing. I would have to purchase furniture and have it brought into their facility. We weren't rushed at all. There was a young man that gave us the tour. He took his time and he was very friendly, very cordial, and made us feel very comfortable. He was really, really nice. The facility was very clean. We looked at the dining area because they actually had two. One was when the seniors received visitors. It was very, very lovely. Then there's also a separate dining area in the memory care unit. That was very nicely set up as well. They had plate settings, and my mom was very intrigued with how they set up the tables with the napkins all over the place. It looked very nice and very elegant.

I did take a tour, and it was pretty good but it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, specifically for my mom's needs. Overall, it was not a bad place. It was clean and the room was nice. I was impressed with the room. It was a second-floor room, the one they had available, and everything looked pretty clean. I didn't like that it was a multiple-floor building because I wanted my mom to be on the first floor but they only had a room available on the second floor.

This was the one that I liked the most. It was very, very nice. The staff I met were very friendly and very nice. The unit I saw was very clean and very nice. Their food looked good. I tried some of their cookies. The common areas were very clean and very nice. They had a library and a pool table. I was very impressed with the stuff that they had.

When we went to see, we were on time for the tour, but the lady we were meeting with was a little bit late. It was very busy there. There were a whole bunch of people in the front lobby - different maintenance people and different visitors with a bunch of dogs here and there. When she finally talked to us, she walked us around into memory care and around the assisted living area. We toured some of the rooms, sat down with us, and discussed different amenities that go with the cost of the unit as well as the levels of care. We sat in one room, but then a bunch of guys showed up around 2:00 to play poker. She just basically told us about the laundry service and the meals. They didn't show us the dining room area. We just stayed inside the whole time. We could see the courtyard through the windows as we were walking by it. They need to make sure that they don't get political. The reason I say that was because the lady that we spoke with decided that she wanted to kind of down talk about Republicans, and it was kind of off-putting.

Dad is currently in here. He has a clean room, nice. They have a lot of memory care activities and physical therapy. He has a shared room. They have a patio, salon, a large cafeteria, and a large lobby for the family. It's clean, just very expensive for the amenities that are there. There was an incident involving another patient in his room, that is one of the reasons we are moving out. He was assaulted by one of the guests there. The staff is nice, they just didn't make good decisions-- the person that was there sharing the room with my dad showed some aggression when he first came to stay there. Instead of moving him out of the room, they kept them in the same room. That is when my dad got assaulted. Not only dad, the other person that was there, I don't think they did a very good evaluation of how violent he was. He could have dementia as well, but the other person shouldn't have been sharing a room with anyone, he should be alone. We had to call the police. I think they should make it more affordable, and they need to evaluate their patients better. Other than that, it's fine.

We chose here for my grandmother because the facility was nice and clean. It's a beautiful place. The staff and administrators there were caring, very helpful, and accommodating. We needed to make the move happen rather quickly, they were very accommodating, and Tammy went above and beyond to make this an easy process for us. My grandma's room is spacious, clean, and modern. They have movie nights, they have a chapel, they play bingo, and they have shopping trips. I've tried the food, and it was pretty good. My grandmother loves it and has no complaints. For activities, I would like to see more opportunities for them to leave the community, like going to the casino or something like that.

My parents moved in. It's nice and well taken care of when you step in. The rooms were renovated and nice. The staff has been really helpful thus far, although there have been a couple of moments where they've kind of been aloof about some of our requests. So they need to be more attentive to some of those things. My parents say some of the meals, especially breakfast, are good. The dining area is nice, but some meals are just kind of like Ok, and that's to be expected. They offer a lot of different activities from different field trips, to different activities at the facility, art stuff, movies, and things like that. I don't think my parents have started partaking in that yet. They're just getting used to the adjustment.

I went here. I thought their facilities were very nice and well maintained. They had a very nice courtyard for better weather. It looked like all the facilities were very uplifting and it's a good environment. They had both the memory care and the regular assisted living and for my brother, it would've been the assisted living. Assisted living, however, was kind of restricted. They don't handle people with IVs and things like that. Everybody I saw or talked to was very helpful and pleasant. The dining room looked perfectly clean, very sharp and a very good environment for dining. They had just about everything that assisted living would need, exercise, entertainment, and arts and crafts. It was in a very nice building and very well maintained. Everything was very clean and very nice.

Everything is fine here. I've been here about almost eight months now. If you can't be home, this is a really good place to be. It's well taken care of, and it's very clean. The caregivers are lovely. I enjoy living here and I've made a lot of nice friends and acquaintances. They have a lot of activities going on and I just wanted to give them a little thumbs up there. They're very caring and if you need something, all you have to do is ask and eventually, you'll get it. They have been short of help lately because of this pandemic. Now that things are opening up, there are people that leave to go to get different jobs and so forth, but they take care of you just as much as they can. I have one particular caregiver that I just really love. I have to have help in the shower and she's wonderful. I just so appreciate it. If I can't be home, this is a good place to be. I play bingo, bunco, rummy, and left, right, middle. We have little activities like questions and answers, Who Am I? What am I? and things like that. I love those. It keeps your mind going. We have ice cream social on Sunday. Anybody that wants to be there is there. We have activities outside in the courtyard. We've had country music coming in, singing and playing the guitar. I folded a flag with another gentleman here on Flag Day. I'm a veteran, so I got to do that. The food itself is good. Sometimes it's not cooked as we'd like it to be, but they give you everything. My fingernails are much better since I've been here because I'm eating more vegetables and they have a variety of everything. Right now, you have two choices of your entree and that's good. You can have chicken or you can have fish or you can have whatever. We have three good meals a day. I enjoy the oatmeal and today we had muffins which are good and they have a variety of breakfast. You can have eggs scrambled and you can have an omelet if you want. They have ice cream once in a while and things like that. The meals are very well balanced, if you choose to eat that way. I have my own little freezer here, so I could keep ice cream bars and things. I have food in my room. My room is wonderful and very comfortable. I have a nice little apartment with a nice bathroom and I have a nice refrigerator, a microwave, and a little kitchenette there. It's very comfortable for me because I'm out most of the time doing something. I don't stay in the room that often, but when I do, I'm reading or watching TV. I'm very happy here. I have a balcony. My granddaughter got me two chairs and a little table that I have out there, and if the weather is receptive, I'll go out there and sit for a little bit. There are trees and a beautiful courtyard right in front of me. Everything is so well-kept. It all looks beautiful. They have a lot of overhead expenses with the staff and the food, so the value for money is fair. The dining room is lovely.

My dad is now here. The staff is very helpful, the facility is nice, and they are timely in responding to the residents. His room has a bedroom, a large bathroom, and a small kitchenette that has a microwave, a refrigerator, and a sink. Because of COVID, they're not using the dining area. Also, because my dad is in hospice, he hasn't really used any of the facilities, but they have fliers posted around of what the daily activities are. I have seen some type of low exercises, cards, games, and walking activity through the building for exercise. They also have programs in the theater there. It's very clean, and the decorations are very nice and updated. The value for money is reasonable in comparison with some of the other facilities that I've looked at, but he seems happy, and he doesn't have any complaints. So that's good so far.

My brother is in here and it's been very good so far. The staff is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. He's having a good time there. It's very upbeat. There's something going on almost all the time. Everybody seems in good spirits all the time. The rooms are very nice and well kept. The food is very good. The dining area is like walking into a nice restaurant. They have exercises, outings, socials, and they're going to have a program and special luncheon on Monday. We're very impressed. No matter what you ask, they're very polite and very kind, and they do their best to get what you need right away. It's a very beautiful facility.

I've been here for almost a year now. I've had great experience with them. Everybody has been helpful. The meals are good. You can have choices for dinner, or you can order something else. They also have trips, they take me to the bank, stores like Walmart or Target, and to doctor appointments. My room is nice. I have a living room, a bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The staff has always been helpful and nice to me. It's always clean. They have good activities, but I haven't participated in much yet. I have played bingo a couple of times.

We chose here, which is a beautiful place, like a hotel. Jennifer was the person who accommodated us. She was very helpful, friendly, and willing to work with us. We checked the dining area, and it looked really clean, nice, and I didn't have any concerns with it. They take the residents on outings once a week to a movie theater, and they have a game room where they do bingo and different activities.

I have already made the decision to move in. It's nice, clean, and neat. Everybody was friendly, but you never know until you live there. They have activities that I like, like an exercise program and Bible study. You can walk outdoors and sit at the umbrella tables. I'm not too active because I have a bad back, but things that I do like are there for me. The rooms were OK and small but big enough for one. I would have liked a little more living room space, but it's OK. They have a library, a movie theater, and an exercise room. A woman took me on the tour, where I saw the exercise room, the place where you eat and the different things that they have to offer there. The staff was excellent. I have to get rid of almost everything I own because the closets are too small. They treated us to a delicious breakfast. The menu looked good, but you have to be careful if you're diabetic, and I have to look into it more. It's more modern, and the people are around my age group and active. The scenery is nice. They have a clinic across the street.

We are very excited to be moving our parents into their new home. Ryan and Jennifer were very welcoming and did an excellent job explaining how everything runs here and what to expect. We feel very confident that our parents will be treated with love and compassion. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff is warm and friendly. So far, we are very pleased!

It was nice. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel, but it didn't feel homey. It was very large and modern with very high ceilings. It didn't have that feeling we wanted for our parent. We only saw a few of the residents, and they seemed to be content. They had different rooms where they watch TV in little groups. There was quite a few of them watching a movie and being given popcorn.

My mother has been in for about a year. They just redid the whole community and made it very beautiful with an Italian theme. The staff is very nice. My mother is in a transitional unit for dementia, and they really take care of her very well. They provide good service to take care of their people, and the staff is very caring.

It was a very nice, top-notch place that was very similar to all of the other places we visited. The common areas were clean and well lit. They offered the typical activities, like bingo, shopping trips, and exercise classes, that the others offered. They only had a studio available, and we wanted something a little larger for my dad. However, it was very nice and very clean. The people that showed us around were very friendly. The staff that we were introduced to was very accommodating and took an interest in my dad to heart. I feel that he would be in good hands.

Mom likes it a lot, which surprised us because she is a recluse. It is a very good facility and we like it, too. We got a very positive impression of the place because it was clean, very neat, the staff and residents seemed friendly, and the food was good. They had wide hallways and little areas scattered throughout the building where you can just sit, relax, and socialize. They have bingo every day and their own theater with a giant screen and leather chairs for watching movies every Saturday. It’s a very plush facility. They also have a great library.

My visit was great. It was the best facility among all that I have visited. Everyone was friendly and outgoing. They showed us all the amenities. It was a very nice experience. I would love to live there myself. They said that if my father has any food preference, they would accommodate that. We viewed the rooms, and they are great. Their price is actually less than the other 3-star facility I visited -- very reasonable. There was bingo going on in one room, and the cafeteria was quite full because it was almost dinner time when I visited. Some of the people were eating out in the courtyard. They have activities almost every day. Once a week, they have a small band that plays in the courtyard, and they can have dinner out there.

It stood out to us. The place looked really good and clean and smelled good. There was nice furnishings and new carpet and tiles. The people seemed like they were genuine, and the staff treated us very well. It looked like they had quite a few activities, like bingo, outings to different places, and a small movie theater for them to watch movies on certain nights. We looked at the kitchen, the dining room area, and their facilities. Everything looked nice there.

The activities director took me on a tour of the place. The apartments seemed a little small. I think they need to improve on their friendliness and attention to customers. I stood there for about 5 minutes until they acknowledged me. They had a charge for personal laundry.

We were able to find my mother a really nice assisted living here. She's been there since June and she is really doing well. When I walk into the lobby, it looks like a 5-star hotel. They have a beautiful waiting room. It's a three-storey building and when I looked at the studio apartment, it has a little kitchenette, huge bathroom, and a beautiful room. What really got me is, it starts at 2195 a month and for me this was the best place for her. She is really enjoying the facility. She is getting exercise classes and things that she needs. She likes the food. It has been a wonderful place for her so far.

It was close to us and affordable for my parents' limited income. My dad was in the assisted living, and my mom was in the memory care unit. My dad had a smaller studio apartment with a bed, little refrigerator, little microwave, and little cupboard to put a few dishes. It had a little balcony and two windows to let the light in. There was a closet and well-equipped handicapped bathroom. He was all by himself. My mom was in a shared room, although there was nobody with her yet. It was very similar to the studio. It also had a little balcony, but it's locked for their safety. And there was no microwave, since they were not allowed to cook there. Both rooms were very clean and nice. And they liked it; my dad said it was better than he thought it would be. There was a monthly calendar of activities as well as weekly list. He liked the activities, but he was just getting used to it. We also had luch there, and the food was good. They had two choices every meal, and if they didn't like them, they could order other food.

We have nothing but high marks to give. From the food, to the quality of care, to the maintenance of the facility, from top to bottom we were extremely very happy with them. I think the staff was the best part of it. The rooms were well cared for and cleaned on a weekly basis. They are in the midst of updating everything so everything is even better. They're putting a theater, a doctor's office, new carpet, and new paint. It's a very well kept facility.

Dad gets his own studio. It's pretty much like an apartment but a studio. They do everything pretty much for him like if he needed his doctor's appointments, they'll take him and when it's time to eat, they'll feed them and then they'll give him his meds, too. The rooms were pretty nice, spacious and it's good for my dad but the price range is too high. They have an exercising room. The staff was all nice and friendly to us so it was pretty good.

My mom is a current resident. This is my choice for her because it is convenient. The price was comparable to other facilities but this one is much nicer and it has a very caring environment. The staff is great. All of them are very helpful, caring and attentive to my mom's needs. I've eaten dinner there a few times and food is very good. They have all kinds of activities. They have card games, exercises, physical therapy, outings to different places, etc. They would have people come in and perform for their seniors. Like last month, they had a luau with Hawaiian food and activities. They also had Hawaiian dancers performed out on the courtyard. The best thing I like about this place is that I'm assured that my mom is being well taken care of there. It took her awhile before she adjusted, but she did and now, she likes it there. She has been there for a month, but so far it has been a good experience for her. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this place.
