"We visited Claremont, and we had a wonderful lunch there. We were shown to a number of available units. We met some of the people there, and it was one of my favorite places of all. I liked it best of all. The dining area was excellent. I thought it was on a cruise ship. They had a separate dining area for a meeting. The staff was marvelous, and the service was excellent. I told my sister, if I were ready to move in to a place, this is where I would go. The rooms were laid out very nice -- one had a little balcony on the second floor, and another one had a patio. We saw a little cottage, which was excellent. They have outings, they provide transportation to doctors, they have a very nice library area with television, and you can do pretty much what you want to and what attracts you. They have an Alzheimer’s unit as well. The residents were happy to be where they were. "

"It was excellent. I love the location, the serenity, the people, and I liked their cleanliness and their staff. They have games, arts and crafts, gardening, they have a library, movies, and they have a military wall. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring."

"I was able to tour West Park Senior Living. I met the salesperson, Cindy, and she gave me a tour. The tour went well. I got there on time, we walked around, and she showed me a studio apartment, which is in my price range. She had a one-bedroom available, but that was like a little above $400 more than what I'm paying now. So she showed me a studio. My only thing is I have to pack up the place where I am now and move it to storage because I'm in a two-bedroom. I have two bedrooms' worth of closets and clothes and dressers, and it's a lot. It's very quiet. All the tenants were very friendly. Everyone was willing to say 'Hi and Hello. How are you?' It was a very friendly place. I liked it because it was inclusive. It wasn't just one race of people. I saw some different people there, and that was encouraging also. The community was very quiet and very clean. I saw their activities calendar. They're very busy. They have lots of activities throughout the month, so there are lots of things to do."

"Welbrook Arlington was welcoming and pleasant. The cleanliness could be a little bit better, but the utility rooms, dining room, and the areas where they have activities were very clean. They had a salon, a lovely dining room, a lovely patio, a room to walk, and a movie theater. The staff was very warm and friendly. They have quite a few amenities. They offer painting art lessons and have an art room for those who are independent. They also have an area for games and do shopping trips."

"We love it. It is very clean and very nice. It is also in a really good location. My mom and my step father have a private room. It is not huge, but is it a good size for them. Mom says most of the meals are very good. The dining area is pretty and spacious. They have a bunch of activities like bingo, going to the casino, cooking classes, arts and crafts, and bible studies. The staff has been very accommodating. "

"I toured Park View Place. The facilities are newer. It's not a very big facility. Everybody seemed to know each other. Everything was well organized and clean. The staff was great. Everyone was welcoming and willing to answer any questions we had. The place was extremely clean. We saw two rooms, and they were in great shape. There's nothing wrong with it."

"We chose Clearwater at Glendora for my husband because it was fairly new and they seemed to have a lot of activities. They worked well with me. I had a crunch time, so I had to get him in and they were very accommodating. They have a lot of outings. They had a full carnival. They have sports things. I have tried their food and it is very good, and my husband loves it. The staff is extremely caring, kind, and supportive. I appreciate what they do. They know everybody by name, which is pretty nice."

"It looked wonderful. The dining room was really nice. The staff during the tour was very helpful. I saw some people sitting and doing a game in the lobby, but it was quiet, which was nice. Anytime I encountered somebody they would stop and say hi. They weren't bashful or standoffish at all."

"Corona RCFE was very nice, and the people were very friendly. The grounds were good. The room is perfect for my mother who is 92. She just needs a room with a little bed, a chair, and a TV. That's all she needs. It looks like she can go out and go to the dining room area, and things like that, and they have those things available too. The staff who helped me was very friendly and answered all the questions. She was very good. I didn't sample the food, but the dining area was fine. For activities, they have a little room where people can go and they can meet with each other and play games and so on, so that's fine."

"It was a nice place, but it was farther away from us. It would have been closer to my wife’s sister, but it was quite a traffic to get there. Internally, the place has a really good social area. They have lots of activities and lots of transportation. They have washing clothes as part of the care plan. It is very spacious. I’m very happy with the place. They actually gave me some food there. They’re very nice people. "

"My aunt and uncle moved to Bayshire Yorba Linda. They can accommodate a lot of things. The grounds are kept clean and the atmosphere is very inviting. It was very spacious. It didn't seem like everything was kind of crammed in. The people that we met there were very helpful and very kind. We haven't run into any problems as far as helping my aunt and uncle. The food is very good. My uncle is not as social as my aunt. Even within memory care, they have a lot of activities to stimulate their brain, and to keep them busy. We've been very happy with the available activities. The value of memory care is awesome. It's pretty reasonable."

"The Meridian at Anaheim Hills is simply the BEST!!! Our dad was a resident, and we couldn't have been happier. The extremely caring and helpful staff, a safe and welcoming environment and fun activities made it such a wonderfully comfortable place for our dad.
