My neighbor has moved in. It's a beautiful facility. She's adjusting fine. She's going downstairs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is good for people because it helps them socialize and not stay in their room all the time. It's very modern and very clean. Their staff would answer the phone; they're available. They're kind. They're very pleasant people there. My friend who is living there says the food is very nice.

We toured Crestavilla three different times. We like all of the different activities. My cousin wanted a two-bedroom apartment, and they had two-bedroom apartments available. That was very important. We like the restaurant. There was nothing about it really that we did not like. We liked everything about it. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive. The first time we were there, we had an omelet at breakfast time, and it was a very good omelet. It was very well prepared, exactly as we ordered. It was delicious. The building seemed to be very clean. It did not look like it needed any work like refurbishment or anything. It was in very good shape. It seemed to be well laid out. They had very large rooms. Some of the two-bedroom rooms are almost 1300 square feet. It's laid out nicely. When you go in, you feel like you're in a very nice apartment. It doesn't feel like a hospital room or a studio apartment or anything like that. It felt very spacious. The one that my cousin will get has two nice views out of her apartment. The bedroom overlooks the pool, and the living room overlooks Crown Valley Parkway.

One of the things that I liked at Crestavilla was that their two-person units for memory care had a vestibule that was probably eight by eight. The bathroom was off of that, and each bedroom had its own separate door. You're sharing a bathroom, but you could go into your room and close your door. So if your roommate had friends, they would be in their own bedroom. One unit was larger and one was smaller than the A and B units. But it looked like for someone in memory care the B unit would be plenty large. The one thing that I did not like was that they had a roll-in shower but there was no built-in shower chair. And that seemed sort of unusual for assisted living memory care to me. They had a gorgeous aquarium in the lobby area. They had valet parking that was complimentary, and then a doorman opened the door when I arrived. This was a walk-in visit unannounced. You have to sign in and out of the desk on a computer screen instead of just signing your name on a tablet when you come in. The staff seemed wonderful. Jeff, the sales manager who gave me the tour, was very friendly and answered all my questions. After we toured, he sent me a video of the two-bedroom unit that was vacant, so I could send it off to my sisters so they could take a look at it. I also liked that Myra called for follow-up and she was very fun and cheerful and seemed like she was very good with everyone. Everyone there seemed to know the names of all their residents. The facilities were very nice. They were rehabbing the unit that I toured. They just put in new lights in the bedrooms and painted everything. I was impressed with the level that they were using for upkeep and improvements as apartments became vacant. I like that they have a bistro and a grill so you can get hamburgers or sandwiches and things. It was a different dining menu option than just sitting in the dining room.

Crestavilla was lovely. I met a bunch of people, and they were very friendly. The lady who took me on the tour was wonderful. The facility was beautiful. I thought the apartment was a little small for two people. They have a gorgeous pool, and it's up on the roof. They have raised butterflies and a garden up there. The dining room had booths instead of just a bunch of tables, so it looked like a real restaurant.

Crestavilla - a Kisco Signature Community was elegant. The way that it was built, it had all the bells and whistles in the main place where you would go and have dinner and that kind of thing. That was very, very nice. One thing I like is that they had a movie theater and that was nice to have. They have like three movies going on in a day, which is very, very nice. They had a rooftop. The place was beautiful, it was close to the ocean and everything, but they were right up against the slope. Upstairs, they had a lovely place to walk around. If you were a gardener, you could garden up there, and you could do crafts, too. The one thing I did not like is that there was no view except for the sky. I just thought it was a shame that they were up against the slope. So that was my negative. The rooms were smaller. The kitchen was nice and adequate. The gentleman who showed us around was very much a people person. He had only been there for three months, so he did not know everybody's name. I like the location. It was right off the main road. It had some patio areas and a pool. It had crown molding, and you could tell that they had put quality first when they built it, and it's not that old. They had valet parking and different floor plans. The staff who toured me was good. They were really organized and very clean, too.

The tour I had at Crestavilla was excellent. The people that helped us were very thorough. It's only about five years old, so it's in beautiful shape. They have more amenities than I found in any of the other facilities. They have a lap pool and a Jacuzzi. They have 24-hour nursing care available and 24-hour concierge. They have a five-star chef and excellent meals. They have a lot to offer for both the residents and their families.

It was an excellent facility. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The rooms were spacious, very well laid out, and had an excellent design. They kind of make it a circular pattern, so it's really easy to get around. They had special activities on special occasions and a quad area to do it. We tried the food, and it was excellent.

My friend moved here, and so far, it's proving out to be a perfect solution for him. The staff is wonderful, very caring, very patient, and they will accommodate any needs he has. The food is 5 stars, it's a resort-type senior living community, and the dining experience has been a great thing for him. They're willing to bring meals up to the room, if he needs it. The move-in process was seamless. Our experience with the move-in was really great. It's very spread out, they put out a very large apartment, and so he has plenty of room. They have daily exercise programs like yoga, different fitness type programs, and have outings almost every day. On the third floor, they have different amenities like a crafts room, miniature golf course, and a very large pool. They have different speakers come in and speak on a range of topics, from nutrition, dementia, and cognitive awareness.
