I was very impressed by this facility. They had an adult-daycare center that was focused on improving the memory and function of the elderly who have Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or similar ailments. It seemed to be a very small and family-owned facility, which is a definite plus. They were also extremely affordable due to the fact that they are a not-for-profit agency. The owner seemed to be a very kind and caring person - and mentioned that she started the facility due to her mother's problems with Alzheimer's disease. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the Jacksonville area.

This is an assistant living facility that doesn't care about their residents. The staff is lazy and takes no time with the residents. There are no activities planned and no structured dietary plans. The have the residents sitting all day in front of the tv while they are busy on their phones. They feed them sugary and processed foods everyday which consist of cereal and sandwiches. Never any healthy cooked meals because the owner doesn't want the residents to gain weight. So her thought is feed them as if they're kids in a daycare. There are no amenities, each resident is paired with someone else. Residents aren’t allowed to stay in their rooms during the day nor or they allowed to take naps. They are kept up all day. The owner is extremely rude, disrespectful and hard to communicate with. She made me feel uncomfortable every time I had to talk to her or whenever I visited my loved one. She would stand back lurking and watching. Totally weird! If you're looking for long term care for your love one please do not consider this place. You will regret it!

My mother passed after being neglected. The owner is money hungry. The sent her to the ER and refused her back to the facility. After she passed they kept all of her belongings!!!! I thought i was doing good by putting my mothers here. The owner won’t even pay fir real nurses!!! I pray you stay far away from this place!!! They tried so hard to get me to sign a DNR so they didn’t have to deal with her. She passed in the hospital after Jamie refused her!!! her condition couldn’t handle all the stress and she died July 22

Left my Mom here for two nights. The facility seemed okay at first. but, I called my Mom and she said they grabbed her arm and kept her from getting water on her own. This facility was too restrictive and offered little or no activities for the residents. May be ok for advanced patients who need no independence but, my Mom had nightmares after her stay there and she was so relieved to be out of there.
