I'm very happy with Indigo Hall. My father is improving while my mother feels like she's on vacation. I compare it to the Ritz Carlton. The staff is lovely and very attentive. They know every single person there. I've spent a lot of time there and they just have been amazing. They're all kind and caring. I'm impressed with the intellectual level and the level of care demonstrated by everybody that I've encountered. The food is very good and I was impressed with the quality of wine they serve for happy hour. They have music therapy, guest speakers, a program on travel, exercise class, church services on Sunday, and a lot more. I think they're doing great. They have a quite nice room. It's beautiful. I'm very pleased with them.

My step-mom moved into assisted living 1-1/2 weeks ago and the first time they took her laundry they lost it. It's now day 5 with no new info after multiple inquiries from her local family. It's the lack of communication with her directly that has her the most upset. Someone needs to keep her updated on what's going on.

My mom is now in Indigo Hall. It's good. She likes it. The facility is really nice and new. It's probably the best thing. They have activities, yoga and crafts. She likes their food a lot. We got a good deal for the area.

My cousin moved into Indigo Hall. It is a very new place, it's just about a year old, and it's very attractive. They have a lovely dining room, although she does not go there very much because she prefers to have her food brought to her room. She has a nice apartment, and it has lots of light. She says the caregivers are really good to her, but because of the virus, we can't go visit. They have a menu, and she is very agreeable. So, if they come in and just read off the specials, she'll say yes and then she will complain. I have talked to somebody about that and they said, "We'll see if we can get it better." They have exercise, a library, a computer room, and they have wheelchair exercise. She is in a wheelchair because she has a lung disease, and she can't walk very far without losing her breath. They have a lot of activities like gardening and they have a beauty shop where the residents are entitled to go once a week at no extra charge. I can't remember all of them, but they have quite a list that comes out on their calendar. She seems happy there, overall, and she is happy with the staff. She says that they're very nice to her and very polite.

I visited Indigo Hall a few months ago. It seemed to be very new, nice and clean. There were no funny odors, and the people all seemed friendly. The staff that provided us with a tour and the different staff members that we encountered throughout the tour all seemed very friendly. We looked at the two private rooms, I guess. There was nothing over the top. It was just a large bedroom. To be quite honest, I probably liked another facility a little bit more than this place. The reason why we chose this place is because it's about ten or twelve minutes closer to where my niece lives (which is where my mother is currently staying). It was more a logistic decision than anything else at the moment. This one costs a little bit more, but I'm thinking long term down the road. My brother and I were going try to respite care, but once that's done (at some point in time), my mother will probably go into a facility full time. Don't know when that is, but in order to have my mother be able to receive visits every now and then from somebody, that's why we chose this place.

Indigo Hall was very high end, very new, and fresh. They're very helpful, and the facility was very nice. There were a lot of people gathering around and talking. I just don't remember them physically doing an activity at the time that we were there, but they just said they do have a lot of activities. The place was very well maintained and totally clean.
