I moved into The Ravello before. For the most part, you couldn't get in to speak to them or reach them on the phone too often. The garbage pickup was fairly poor and overloaded. The place was okay, they could have done better but it was liveable. The door was always locked whenever I went to the office, so I didn't have enough interaction with the staff. They have a food bank that came once every two weeks.
