"I moved my mother to this care facility after she suffered an injury. The entire staff was caring and took great care of my mother. I was fooled by appearances at the other location because it was new and shiny. Although this place may be a little older, the care they provide is outstanding."

"The staff is sensitive to individual patients daily living needs. They helped place my brother in a room that gave him a window view which improved his mood and helped him adapt to his new living environment. Patients eat in a spacious dining area that encourages everyone to interact together and build relationships. The Nursing staff is attentive, friendly and supportive. Family members are encouraged to participate in regular care plan meetings for their patient."

"Warm Springs in comparison to everything else I've seen was fine and I've seen far worse. It's was newer facility and it was clean. The staff seemed attentive and professional. There was one staff member there who was extremely rude, but other than that it was a fine facility. The supervisor there is actually a friend of mine so I know he made sure that she was very well taken care of. I would recommend this place. "

"Environment is clean and pleasing! Nursing staff is exceptional and caring, quick to answer questions and assist patients. They are taking great care of my husband after he became depressed and deteriorated while being cared for at home. His physical weakness led to falls, which luckily resulted in no broken bones but he needed the daily physical therapy they are providing. It has given me a respite from being his primary caregiver that I badly needed. You couldn't choose a nicer place for your loved one!"

"My husband is rehabilitating at the Remington Medical Resort San Antonio. It was a very good experience. They're very efficient and the place is very clean. He has a single room, it's a pretty place, and very clean. The room is more of a studio homey type. They have two gyms, one on each floor, workout places, the big room has different games in there that they can play, but they have no activities like the ones in his previous community. The staff is very good and Medicare takes care of the cost."

"My mother entered this center in mid January. I was very nervous about putting my mother in an center especially with covid. It became unavoidable and after much research I choose this center. I am so glad I did. From the very beginning my mother has nothing but good things to say about all of the staff. She says everyone is so nice to her. Everyone from the Administrator to her daily CNA have always been so nice to me . No matter when I stop by they are always friendly and do what they can to help me. Whether I'm visiting inside or at her window they are always so kind to me and my mother. Thanks Guys for being so kind!! "

"The staff here is very supportive starting with one of their coordinators Elizabeth, she really was a God sent, as all families, we want nothing but the best for our loved one! I know God has my father in good hands with everyone here! Best choice ever!"

"My mother was at The Heights On Huebner. She spent a month there in rehab. They're great quality service and good people, but they're expensive. It was nice, clean and professional. For activities, they brought in animals to visit and they allowed the residents to interact with them closely but not well enough because they were little touchy animals. It was a good break for some of the people that had been in there for a while."

"We had to move my mother to a secure facility and right now, she is at the Mesa Vista Health Center. Everything's fine there. This is her first day here. It's a very nice place. She has an individual room, which is pretty awesome. It's a nice space, and they just remodeled it and painted it. Everything's very nice and very clean. She's already had two meals, and it's decent food. They have a physical therapy room, the dining room is nice, and they have a living area where they get out together and watch TV. They have very nice landscaping and there are patios. Medicaid is paying for it."

"I was a resident at this facility (nice clean place) for 2 months. I want to thank the staff/employees for working long hours and doing the best they could to accomadate me during these tough times the coronavirus pandemic. THANK YOU!!! I couldn't have family or friends visit me so these people became my friends. "My dad is in Bridgemoor for rehab. It's very good. So far everybody is very happy, and everything's fine. One of their big selling points is they have very good food. They used chef-prepared food, but our father doesn't like the food; he doesn't eat much of the food. We're having a hard time inspiring him to eat the food that they have there. They do allow our sisters to sometimes bring in something homemade from home, like meatloaf or cookies. He has physical therapy, he stopped occupational therapy because he doesn't need that, he is able to groom himself, brush his teeth, and wash his face. He needs help showering, and getting in and out to the bed or shower. The outside of the building is fabulous, there's trees, it's a beautiful building, fairly new, it's clean, well staffed, and everybody seemed on the same page in doing everything we asked them to do for our dad."

"I didn't know what to expect when I visited this place, as it's in a older neighborhood here in San Antonio, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is very clean and sanitary, and the residents were upbeat and happy. My mom was looking for a place with a private room, but unfortunately they have a waiting list, which I can understand. One thing I did not like was that there is no security guard on the premises, and I would just feel better if there was. Also there were not a lot of amenities like found in a upper level home, but it was quite affordable. "

"This is a caring facility. They seem to be devoted to the well being of there patients and have always helped me being almost 300 miles away. I can call anytime and ask how my mom is and they know immediately her condition without thinking. I feel very good about where she is. Mom says the food is good and it really is because I have tasted it on several occations."
