The therapy staff & doctors were the only good things about this facility. The rooms are crowded - should be private, but 2 people are crammed in there. Nurses & CNAs were very rude & lacked any compassion. One nurse moved me to an air bed. A couple of days later, she put me up on the side of the bed to eat. I almost slid off the bed. I would have if I hadn’t held on for dear life! I have a lump on the side of my leg where it got scraped. I couldn’t get the nurses to look at it. They didn’t even check my broken ribs which was the reason for being there. My suitcase got left on the 3rd floor when I was moved to the 4th floor. It had to be delivered to me after I returned home. The charger for my spinal stimulator is still missing! It has my name on it. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone who expects a good nursing staff.

This facility is filthy. There are cockroaches crawling around, the ice machine is dirty and softener tank is full of sludge. The staff are overworked, understaffed and call lights are not answered in a timely manner. Staff turnover is huge and they have to use agency nurses because no one will stay there. There are many patient falls and unfairness with regard to management.

Warm Springs in comparison to everything else I've seen was fine and I've seen far worse. It's was newer facility and it was clean. The staff seemed attentive and professional. There was one staff member there who was extremely rude, but other than that it was a fine facility. The supervisor there is actually a friend of mine so I know he made sure that she was very well taken care of. I would recommend this place.
