"Everyone here has been very nice and helpful in taking care of my Aunt. From the Director to the Activities Director. The facility is always clean, and her laundry is done daily. She loves going out to lunch once a month (prior to Covid-19). She has been at this facility for almost 2 years, and has not come across anyone that did not treat her right. I could not have chosen a better facility for her care."

"My mother was at Bandera Rehabilitation And Health Care Center for a month. They didn't have enough help, but the people were very nice and tried their hardest. When people call for help, they wait a long time. You hear people calling and screaming for help. The facility was OK and had enough room for everybody. They had a dining room and activities every day. They didn't have enough aides to individually take care of them. They had taken her to the dining room in her wheelchair and thought that she was staying there, but a patient caught her going out the front door. There was no security at the door. I asked them to put an alarm on her wheelchair and they never did. Some of the food was very good, but they give things to people at night that older people shouldn't be eating. She's been there twice. It was better a few years ago."

"I use Mystic Park for respite care with my mom. The staff in her unit is amazing and it puts me a ease to know that my is being well cared for when I need extra helping hand. Amanda and Cassie are so good with my mom and my mom is happy when she comes home so I know she is being well cared for. The disease she has is a difficult one and it is not only hard on her it is hard on the caregiver. Knowing that my mom is being well cared for takes the stress out for me when"

"I don't know if people are aware that there are 3 Regent Care Center's in San Antonio, but I had past experiences in two of them and this one on Blanco is definitely my favorite. My dad ended up falling at home, broke his hip and was placed in the hospital. The stress of dealing with his needs was enough for me, so I was really pleased with how easily the Blanco facility got him into their place and took care of all his needs. I felt bad as he wasn't much in the mood for being around people during that time, but all the staff were very respectful and encouraging. I highly recommend you consider this place for your loved one should you need it! "

"My mother was at The Heights On Huebner. She spent a month there in rehab. They're great quality service and good people, but they're expensive. It was nice, clean and professional. For activities, they brought in animals to visit and they allowed the residents to interact with them closely but not well enough because they were little touchy animals. It was a good break for some of the people that had been in there for a while."

"I had a family member here and i really liked the staff. I really enjoy the therapy dog Bentley. The staff was very knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this facility."

"My dad is in Bridgemoor for rehab. It's very good. So far everybody is very happy, and everything's fine. One of their big selling points is they have very good food. They used chef-prepared food, but our father doesn't like the food; he doesn't eat much of the food. We're having a hard time inspiring him to eat the food that they have there. They do allow our sisters to sometimes bring in something homemade from home, like meatloaf or cookies. He has physical therapy, he stopped occupational therapy because he doesn't need that, he is able to groom himself, brush his teeth, and wash his face. He needs help showering, and getting in and out to the bed or shower. The outside of the building is fabulous, there's trees, it's a beautiful building, fairly new, it's clean, well staffed, and everybody seemed on the same page in doing everything we asked them to do for our dad."

"I was a resident at this facility (nice clean place) for 2 months. I want to thank the staff/employees for working long hours and doing the best they could to accomadate me during these tough times the coronavirus pandemic. THANK YOU!!! I couldn't have family or friends visit me so these people became my friends. "We had to move my mother to a secure facility and right now, she is at the Mesa Vista Health Center. Everything's fine there. This is her first day here. It's a very nice place. She has an individual room, which is pretty awesome. It's a nice space, and they just remodeled it and painted it. Everything's very nice and very clean. She's already had two meals, and it's decent food. They have a physical therapy room, the dining room is nice, and they have a living area where they get out together and watch TV. They have very nice landscaping and there are patios. Medicaid is paying for it."

"My husband is rehabilitating at the Remington Medical Resort San Antonio. It was a very good experience. They're very efficient and the place is very clean. He has a single room, it's a pretty place, and very clean. The room is more of a studio homey type. They have two gyms, one on each floor, workout places, the big room has different games in there that they can play, but they have no activities like the ones in his previous community. The staff is very good and Medicare takes care of the cost."

"My mother entered this center in mid January. I was very nervous about putting my mother in an center especially with covid. It became unavoidable and after much research I choose this center. I am so glad I did. From the very beginning my mother has nothing but good things to say about all of the staff. She says everyone is so nice to her. Everyone from the Administrator to her daily CNA have always been so nice to me . No matter when I stop by they are always friendly and do what they can to help me. Whether I'm visiting inside or at her window they are always so kind to me and my mother. Thanks Guys for being so kind!! "

They helped place my brother in a room that gave him a window view which improved his mood and helped him adapt to his new living environment. Patients eat in a spacious dining area that encourages everyone to interact together and build relationships. The Nursing staff is attentive, friendly and supportive. Family members are encouraged to participate in regular care plan meetings for their patient."
