Arena Senior Apartments is a nice, quiet community aside from the street people outside the apartments. There are no activities for us to do. We're just sitting here doing nothing. We have to go out of this community in order to do something. There's no swimming pool. There's a little gym, but it's locked on the weekends and after hours. We don't have a community room because the office is in there. I moved in here when they were first built, and they were saying the community room was just a temporary office, but it turned into a permanent office. We can't do any activities in there after hours or on weekends because they lock it. They put in a pickleball court, but most of us seniors can't move like that to play pickleball. It's just a big pickleball court sitting over there unused. We cook for ourselves. The facilities are nice. The kitchens are nice and big. The bathrooms are big. The only thing is the bedrooms are small.

I am a resident of Arena Senior Apartments. It's pretty quiet here. We have no activities going on because it's a new community and from what I understand, they're looking for an activity director. I've never had any bad experiences with the staff at all. If I have a problem that needs to be taken care of, it's taken care of in a timely manner. My apartment is all right, it's just that I need more storage area and cabinet area because I move from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom. They keep the grounds well taken care of.
