"Mercy Home Health takes care of all of my caring. They're very good. Their service is excellent. I've been with them for over 20 years. When I'm not well, my doctor sends them out to my home. It's all through Dignity Health Mercy Medical. I would recommend them. They take very good care of me. It's within Mercy General downtown and Mercy San Juan out on Coyle. My doctor orders it."

"We've had Mercy Home Health before when my husband was ill. He needs to have a registered nurse because he has some health issues. A nurse comes three times a week. They also provide a nurse aide who comes to do personal hygiene. We have had a Physical and Occupational Therapist who work with my husband as well. Everybody has just been excellent, professional and caring. They go out of their way sometimes to provide the best service possible. I think very highly of them. "

"I started with this service in July of 2016. I have had wonderful interactions with the staff support within the organization. They are kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. This is my first experience with a caregiver. I like the fact that the organization insures their caregivers have a good DMV record and have some training before coming into your home. They are also a licensed and bonded organization with their own Workers compensation for their employees. Also they care about their clientele’s well-being. Recently I had a follow-up interview to be able to have confidential one on one with a staff member about my service, any need changes and any other issues that may have come up. These interviews are done periodically to make sure YOUR needs are being met. This means they truly want to give each client the best personal care they can provide. I would highly recommend this organization for someone in need of assistance. "
