Bear Hollow Estates Gracious Retirement is very clean. The people are just wonderful. The food is excellent. The activities are well thought out and well planned. My interaction with the staff is awesome. They have just got a pair of new live-in managers. They have been there before, but already they feel like they have got to know everybody. They are very friendly and very helpful, and they are making sure our accommodations are met. They're just awesome. My apartment is a studio. It has a kitchenette, and it's quite spacious. If I have a critic on it, it would be storage. It doesn't seem to have enough storage, but then again, I'm coming from a house and downsizing into a small apartment. It's no trouble, it's just that I'm not used to it. My apartment is about the size of my living room. However, they provide three meals per day. They have a coffee bar. There is coffee 24 hours a day, and the snack bar is open. Everything is just wonderful. They have a library, a game room, an exercise room, a community room, and a theater. It just has more than you would expect from a place like that.

Bear Hollow Estates Gracious Retirement is a brand-new place. It's just a complete facility; it's got everything. The people working are professionals. The facility itself is very clean.
