SEM Manor is a really nice place, but like a lot of places like that, there's always a waiting list. It's strictly independent living, so they don't have fixed meals or anything like that there. It was really nice and clean, though. I have nothing bad to say about the place. They have a community group where you could chat, and read books, and stuff like that. It was nice, and everything was enclosed. You don't have to go out and check a mailbox, as all that was right there inside. The staff was nice, as far as the people we met in the office during our tour. I'm sure their maintenance was also really good because everything was clean, and there was no trash lying around or anything like that. The one that we looked at was a studio apartment, and it was super clean and nice. It was small, but for a studio, it was nice.
