"Staff does the best they can, could use more, building in general is clean could use more attention to detail. Activities is nonexistent and food.... well I brought her food from home. Overall happy, no place is perfect, I stay in loved to make up for what is not provided"

"My relative moved to Buckeye Forest at Fairfield. The facility and the rooms are great. The staff, the nursing, and the admission is great. The residents seemed very pleased. They're well taken care of as far as the staff and their promise to the patients, so far, it's good. For activities, they need to add more, maybe adding speech therapy and things like that."

"Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was very good. It's a fairly new facility and it's very comfortable. It turned out to be a very nice place. It was very clean. My uncle appreciated the staff. They were good enough for him, and he was satisfied with the food. They had an outdoor area where patients can go like a gazebo. They had accommodating grounds."

"We are currently at Triple Creek Retirement Community. It's not all in one big building like the other ones. The facility was like a duplex with garages. I didn't like the sound of the expressway, so they've offered to completely redo one room on the other side of the street, which is much, much quieter and acceptable to us. One of the reasons we're staying here was that they have been helpful about almost everything I've asked. We have a lady that comes in and cleans in here. She's exceptional and very congenial. If you have any kind of problem, we have a person you could go to, and she's right across the road from us. She immediately takes care of any problem. They've got good people in this place. The food was satisfactory to me. They have little events going on all the time. They bring around a calendar that lists activities time of the day and if it's for men or women. They have bingo, a place to read books, and a workout room."

"When my grandmother was ill in her later years she was a resident at this facility. The staff was qualified and very courteous. All in all, though she was obvious not as comfortable as she could have been, the staff made every possible effort to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. The activities staff planned activities at almost all times of the day including bingo, puzzles, games and exercises. Also on the event schedule was various outings and special guest to entertain residents. "

Huntington Court staff is so caring and thoughtful, they don’t even feel like staff it’s like a big family. The room sizes are perfect, food is good, and they are on top of all my health issues. "I first visited this facility back in January of last year when we were looking for a place for my grandma. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff that helped guide us around! In the end, we decided to go with Doverwood and so happy we did! There is lots to do here and they always have my grandma busy! She loves to watch animal planet and the staff knows it! Every time we come to visit they have it on for her, so thoughtful! She really enjoys the food and community all together. It is so nice just seeing her happy and healthy. We know she is being taken well care of and that is really what matters to us the most! "

"My wife is a resident of the Birchwood facility. I am the spouse of Margaret D. who means more to me than I can Explain or express. I am so pleased with the care she receives . The room is well cared for even as is the whole facility I have witnessed. As a family member I have had good repour with staff members who are very friendly. Margaret is a people person and likes when staff speaks with her.I am so happy God has led us to this facility and I live just few minutes away. "

"Maple Knoll has been a part of the local community for decades. My mother was born here during the time it was a hospital. They have since moved on to assisted living and nursing facilities. It is very clean and my great-aunt gets take care of very well and lovingly. The landscaping is beautiful and everyone is polite, cheerful and helpful. You can tell everyone actually cares. "

"My mother has been at Burlington House Rehab and Alzheimer's Center for about a month now. She is up there because she needs health care for her dementia. The staff members have been great. They've been very helpful. My mother's room is a two-person room. It has been great."

"My dad moved to Bradford Place Care Center. Everybody there seems so nice and so helpful. They set up the whole room for him. They had a bed, chest drawers, a nightstand, a table, and a television. They provided three meals a day. My dad says the food is good. The facility is nice and clean. They have stuff on the calendar every day, and looks like they have three things every day."
