My father was released from the hospital to wellington he was sent at 1:30 pm est everyone that went to visit noticed the the nurses were all sitting in a group away from Patience and only checked on my dad twice the 16 hrs he was there and didn't give him none of his meds they said they had to wait for the pharmacy to open the next day this was on a Thursday be cause of this my father had a major back slide and almost died he is back at the hospital 16 he's later in bad shape and fighting for his life and on December 15 20 degrees was the high the temp was only 56 inside so all in all they have no concerns or care at all for their residents and are very neglectful

When my grandmother was ill in her later years she was a resident at this facility. The staff was qualified and very courteous. All in all, though she was obvious not as comfortable as she could have been, the staff made every possible effort to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. The activities staff planned activities at almost all times of the day including bingo, puzzles, games and exercises. Also on the event schedule was various outings and special guest to entertain residents.
