"My brother was a resident just recently for a few years. I believe he received nothing but the best of care possible. The staff who cared for him, seemed to have nothing but good things to say about him. It also meant alot to our family that one of the staff was with him when he took his last breath, when we were not able to."

"My brother is in Aventura at Carriage Inn. Their facility is nice. I talked to the social worker there this morning and she was very nice. She answered all of my and my brother's questions. She assured us that he will be taken care of. I met his nurse and she's a very nice lady. The social worker and administrator were very nice to my mother. Everything was nice. My brother has been in there before, that's why we had decided to send him back there. His legs are very weak, so they're rehabbing him right now. It's off of Philadelphia Drive. The grounds are very nice and very clean, and the facility is very clean. We're happy with it."

"My brother has been a resident at Vienna Springs for 6 months. This is a beautiful new facility. He's in a double room with a roommate. I love the fact that the room includes a large walk in bathroom with a shower. However, one side of this particular floorplan is much smaller than the other. I chose the smaller part because it's at the door. My brother is in a wheelchair making his coming and going easier. The room comes with a phone, flat screen TV and a very nice recliner. There's also a wardrobe and a four drawer dresser for clothing. The staff is very welcoming, from the director to the aids. Concerns are taken care of in a timely minor. I requested a care team meeting to ask how to get my brother more involved in activities instead of spending so much time in front of the TV watching sports and movies (which he loves to do). Now he is involved in activities and making new friends which he loves more. A staff person will bring him so he can attend. My brother enjoys the food. The culinary chef came to Bill's room shortly after he arrived to ask what his favorite foods were. Also every Friday is Happy Hour. The food and drinks are delicious. And the first Sunday of every month there's a Sunday brunch where family members are welcomed. I feel so much is done to help residents experience a normal home life. There are trips into the community that Bill can't attend right now. However, this spring hopefully I can make arrangements to go along so Bill can be involved. Both Brother Bill and I see a long happy life at Vienna Springs thanks to this caring staff. A special thanks to Kristen, Kourtney and Holly. "

"It has assisted living or your own apartment. It’s right on Main Street, has a very nice environment, and is quiet. It’s clean inside too. The rooms are big, nice, and roomy. They have a cooking facility inside the building where they can cook their own food, or you just go down and get food. The staff was very helpful. They showed me something right away, and they got my application in there. They called me, but I didn’t want it that time because of my daughter. They do morning exercises, but I don’t know what type because I didn’t sit in on any of them. I have a friend who lives there, and she does morning exercise. They have activities during the day until 4 or 5 o’clock. It’s a very nice place, and it seems to be well secured coming in and out. I can recommend any senior to live there."

"Maria-Joseph was good. My cousin's room had a nice, small loveseat, a chair, a bed, and a nice TV. It was nice. He didn't complain to me about anything."

"My mother is receiving care currently at The Laurels of West Carrollton. I am her P.O.A. After several conversations with both her and the staff caring for her, I can say she is very happy and wants to stay as long as her insurance allows. She was at home previously where she enjoyed activities at a Sr Center, Church, home-cooked meals, her own room, television, etc. Since spending the past month at this facility, She WANTS to stay. She is receiving first-class care for her therapy. She really enjoys the food, activities, fellowship w other residents, but most of all, the staff! She has been Well taken care of! They rearranged her room to accommodate add'l space for her wheelchair and walker. Her physical needs have been addressed immediately. In the past, she was at 2 other very nice facilities. One in Centerville, the other Dayton. She MUCH prefers here. It was her choice to stay or return to my home. She has chosen to stay because of her great stay. Highly reccommend this facility to anyone."

"Bethany Village is an excellent facility. They have great people and they take care of my wife. The food is good and the facility is outstanding. I consider it to be the best place in this area. It is expensive, but I'm really satisfied with what they have done for us. My parents were also there and her parents were there. It is just a very good, solid organization. The staff is very helpful and they have a real good attitude. They do anything I've asked them to do. They list the activities they have for the day and they also have a social worker that goes around and works with the residents. That social worker always does my wife's fingernails.Then they have a conference once a month with the caretakers to get their input. So, they're very well-organized."

"This facility continues to amaze me with the quality of care that is given to the residents. The facility is always so clean, the staff is so welcoming and the nurses always provide the best care. My great aunt has been a resident there for over a year and she loves being there. She feels at home and does not feel the stigma of certain estended care facilities while there. She and I have nothing but great things to say! "

"My friend was at Village at the Greene just this year. She had hip surgery, so she was in rehab. The facility was very nicely decorated, well laid out, and easily accessible. The upkeep was great too. The staff was very good, very concerned, and very helpful. They had lots of activities and places where people could have private conversations. They even had a little dining room in each wing. If you were able to, you could go out and eat there. They prepared the food in that general area too."

"Rooms are adequate and clean. My husband is currently a resident at Wood Glen. He has Alzheimer's and Vascular Dementia. Food is good and staff has been very good with him. I see lots of interaction between residents and staff. He has adjusted well and is doing as good as he is able to because of his health issues."

"Pristine Senior Living and Post-Acute Care of Dayton-Centerville (Liberty Retirement Community) is not as good as many others. The rooms are nice enough. The care is pretty decent, but they don’t have enough help. They have activities for their residents like outings and groups of people coming in for entertainment."

THE DOCTOR AND HIS NURSE PRACTIONERS ARE WONDERFUL ALONG WITH THE GREAT NURSING STAFF, THERAPISTS AND AIDES. THEY LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY TO MY CONCERNS AND THEIR COMMUNICATION WITH ME IS OUTSTANDING. SHE HAS MADE GREAT STRIDES ON HER ROAD TO RECOVERY BECAUSE OF THEIR EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT, CARING AND UNDERSTANDING HER COMPLEX MEDICAL ISSUES. IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO RECEIVE THE BEST OF CARE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYCAMORE GLEN. "
