"Shady Nook Care Center had a good reputation, a caring atmosphere, was very encouraging, they smiled, and it looked like somebody's home. The staff were great. They would talk to us anytime we wanted to talk to anybody and they were very helpful. My father had a shared room, which was small, but good enough for his needs. He ate the food for a while and then he just stopped eating because of his dementia, but everybody else there seemed to like it. He was only there for six weeks. They had church services on Sunday, movies and bingo. He had physical therapy and they were getting them out and move around as much as they could. They seemed to really love the people that stay there. I would recommend them. "

"My cousin is at Envive Healthcare of Lawrenceburg's skilled nursing facility. The facility is being upgraded, but it is pleasant and clean. The staff is also pleasant, but they're not really proactive about contacting me regarding her status. She's on a special liquid diet, so she's not happy with anything, but they've made a good attempt at providing nourishing and balanced food. She's participating in physical and speech therapy. She refused the manicure, which we tried to get her. Hopefully, when they have the facility set up, she'll get a trip to the hair salon. She's been reluctant to leave her door, but that's just the way she's wired. They present the opportunity, but they don't press her for a yes. Her room has been very good, and they provide good activities."

"The nurses and staff go out of their way to see the residents feel that this is their home. They treat each resident with love and care. They are given the choice to go on fun outing and participate in creative activities. "

"I toured the Ridgewood Health Campus and that place is fantastic, but it's expensive. It's more than my dad could afford. The community was clean, neat, and heavily staffed. The food was great. They have caterers that come in with treats every day. I mean, it's just an amazing place. The staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful, happy, and smiling."

"The place is very clean and the employees act as though they really want to be there,rather than having to. They have all been very kind to my mom and she lovesit here,which is the most important. "

The nursing assistants and nursing staff were aware of all of our mothers needs and treated her with such kindness; for that we are eternally grateful. They gave our family peace of mind. "This facility is wonderful! The building is beautiful and the staff truly do care! My family member has been residing here for a while now and even though we have been happy with the facility, I am seeing even better improvements recently. I have even watched the staff learn a new language to better communicate with patients. The patients are very happy there and from what I've seen so are the staff. They seem to enjoy coming to work. If you're looking for a short or long term facility for a loved one they definitely need to be one to look at! "

"My brother was in the Covenant Village after the hospital. Our experience was good, it was better than most that I had been in with my father. The food was no 4-star restaurant, but it wasn't terrible and for the most part, he ate it. The nurses were all very good. The only biggest problem was that there was COVID in the building. But they seemed to kind of keep that off in one wing, so we had no problem. We always wear a mask and everything. Because of COVID, they couldn't get everybody together for activities. My brother is not a social person but they tried to get him involved. They had a swimming pool for people who need that kind of therapy. It's all brand new, so his room was very nice and he didn't have to share. I know nursing home food is so bad, that this was much better. There was just one day they brought him something, he took the cover off of it, and he couldn't stand the smell. Outside of that, he ate everything. It was covered by insurance so we didn't have to pay for anything."

"Was never asked to participate in any activities and was usually ignored. Rebecca, Kelly, Mckenzie, and Summer were all amazing in the nursing staff. The kitchen staff was very attentive and easy to work with."

"Triple Creek Retirement Community is a nice place, but it is too far away. The prices are substantially more expensive than the other place we saw. It is less than 10 years old and state of the art. The people were friendly. The rooms were clean."

"My mother has been at Burlington House Rehab and Alzheimer's Center for about a month now. She is up there because she needs health care for her dementia. The staff members have been great. They've been very helpful. My mother's room is a two-person room. It has been great."

"The staff is always very helpful, both on the floors and in the office. My husband is allowed to have a DVD player and a mini fridge in his room, so his comfort is important there. In this troubling time of Covid, Lakeridge staff and administrators have done an excellent job in keeping both residents and families safe and well informed. I have never had any problems that couldn’t easily be solved. Lakeridge is a good option when you are worried about caring for your loved ones. Also, the residents have access to a variety of activities and fun surprises!"

"Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was very good. It's a fairly new facility and it's very comfortable. It turned out to be a very nice place. It was very clean. My uncle appreciated the staff. They were good enough for him, and he was satisfied with the food. They had an outdoor area where patients can go like a gazebo. They had accommodating grounds."

"Staff does the best they can, could use more, building in general is clean could use more attention to detail. Activities is nonexistent and food.... well I brought her food from home. Overall happy, no place is perfect, I stay in loved to make up for what is not provided"
