"Shawnee is a very nice place. The place is just beautiful. The apartments are nice. It's like you have a little living room and the closet was bigger than you would imagine. Everybody was very, very good. They were all really helpful. There's a lot of stuff to do, so the family is really connected. We are really all involved. All the nurses are so nice. They were many activities, but my sister couldn't participate because she is unable to walk. The food was good. It was absolutely well prepared. They have several dining rooms, but she just ate in a smaller one with about 30 tables' right outside in her little apartment. She was happy there. "

"Premier Estates of Three River is very good to us. They helped my wife get Medicaid-approved. The rooms are semi-private and private. They're fairly large. The rooms all have individual showers. They have a memory care unit as well as a three-bed unit."

"Three Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was pretty similar to the one that we chose, but the big difference was the proximity because my mom needs to visit my dad, and the one that we chose was very close in a straight shot versus Three Rivers that was a little harder to get to for somebody just moving to Cincinnati. Nevertheless, they walked us around the whole facility. There were three different wings, so we got a preview of one of the wings. We checked out the exercise room, the cafe, the semi-private room, and the private room. They had nice common areas. It also had a front and a back garden. Maintenance and cleanliness were great."

"Shady Nook Care Center had a good reputation, a caring atmosphere, was very encouraging, they smiled, and it looked like somebody's home. The staff were great. They would talk to us anytime we wanted to talk to anybody and they were very helpful. My father had a shared room, which was small, but good enough for his needs. He ate the food for a while and then he just stopped eating because of his dementia, but everybody else there seemed to like it. He was only there for six weeks. They had church services on Sunday, movies and bingo. He had physical therapy and they were getting them out and move around as much as they could. They seemed to really love the people that stay there. I would recommend them. "

"My cousin is at Envive Healthcare of Lawrenceburg's skilled nursing facility. The facility is being upgraded, but it is pleasant and clean. The staff is also pleasant, but they're not really proactive about contacting me regarding her status. She's on a special liquid diet, so she's not happy with anything, but they've made a good attempt at providing nourishing and balanced food. She's participating in physical and speech therapy. She refused the manicure, which we tried to get her. Hopefully, when they have the facility set up, she'll get a trip to the hair salon. She's been reluctant to leave her door, but that's just the way she's wired. They present the opportunity, but they don't press her for a yes. Her room has been very good, and they provide good activities."

"The nurses and staff go out of their way to see the residents feel that this is their home. They treat each resident with love and care. They are given the choice to go on fun outing and participate in creative activities. "

"I toured the Ridgewood Health Campus and that place is fantastic, but it's expensive. It's more than my dad could afford. The community was clean, neat, and heavily staffed. The food was great. They have caterers that come in with treats every day. I mean, it's just an amazing place. The staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful, happy, and smiling."

"This facility is wonderful! The building is beautiful and the staff truly do care! My family member has been residing here for a while now and even though we have been happy with the facility, I am seeing even better improvements recently. I have even watched the staff learn a new language to better communicate with patients. The patients are very happy there and from what I've seen so are the staff. They seem to enjoy coming to work. If you're looking for a short or long term facility for a loved one they definitely need to be one to look at! "

"My brother was in the Covenant Village after the hospital. Our experience was good, it was better than most that I had been in with my father. The food was no 4-star restaurant, but it wasn't terrible and for the most part, he ate it. The nurses were all very good. The only biggest problem was that there was COVID in the building. But they seemed to kind of keep that off in one wing, so we had no problem. We always wear a mask and everything. Because of COVID, they couldn't get everybody together for activities. My brother is not a social person but they tried to get him involved. They had a swimming pool for people who need that kind of therapy. It's all brand new, so his room was very nice and he didn't have to share. I know nursing home food is so bad, that this was much better. There was just one day they brought him something, he took the cover off of it, and he couldn't stand the smell. Outside of that, he ate everything. It was covered by insurance so we didn't have to pay for anything."

"Was never asked to participate in any activities and was usually ignored. Rebecca, Kelly, Mckenzie, and Summer were all amazing in the nursing staff. The kitchen staff was very attentive and easy to work with."

"my mom in law was at triple creek facility 3 different times. all 3 times we were very happy with the caring attitude, compassion of all employees that we met. our 88 year old mom enjoyed her time there & even told us to save her a spot so when she comes back she has it. our mom has alztimers & lives with us, but, after hospital stays she would go to triple creek to live, & receive p.t., o.t., speech therapy. all staff, office & aides, nurses, cooks, activities, all.. :) were A++++. we were up there almost everyday, and never felt our mom wasn't cared for. we felt so good leaving our mom there, as we would be able to rest knowing the care & cleanliness, great food-dinning, overall care of her at triple creek. they even have a monthly family dinner which was GREAT...and we all were able to enjoy being with mom/grandma. also, I want to mention activities were alway fun & the ladies would make sure our mom would be at her favorites, even coming to get her from her room/area if she wasn't there. office staff/ jeffery & tanya + fantastic, helpful. thank you all triple creek, as our mom has passed recently, when we drive past your facility we always comment how GREAT/wonderful you all were...and continue to recommend to all. :)"
