My cousin is at Envive Healthcare of Lawrenceburg's skilled nursing facility. The facility is being upgraded, but it is pleasant and clean. The staff is also pleasant, but they're not really proactive about contacting me regarding her status. She's on a special liquid diet, so she's not happy with anything, but they've made a good attempt at providing nourishing and balanced food. She's participating in physical and speech therapy. She refused the manicure, which we tried to get her. Hopefully, when they have the facility set up, she'll get a trip to the hair salon. She's been reluctant to leave her door, but that's just the way she's wired. They present the opportunity, but they don't press her for a yes. Her room has been very good, and they provide good activities.
