"Covington Ladies Home is small and personalized. It's been a lady's home for 125 years. It's a big old mansion, but it's very well kept and updated. It's beautiful and they keep it very clean. The staff is very caring and that's the most important thing. My mom has been there for almost five weeks now. She loves the food. The staff everyone I've dealt with is very friendly and on top of things. They call me for every little thing. The only drawback for a 125-year old building is there are no individual toilets in each room. There are sinks, vanity mirror, but you have to go two doors down for a toilet and shower. I thought that doesn't really bother her or me much. But it would be great if they could get modernized and put in bathrooms in each room. "

"Ohio Living Llanfair was extremely nice but not upscale. The people were very helpful and gave me every bit of information that I needed. It's a place that you have to apply to because if you have too much money, they won't take you. It’s a very structured place that offered all the facilities that I felt were necessary for the long-term for my parents. They had a one-bedroom and studio, three meals a day and buffets for lunch; dinner and breakfast were ordered off of a menu. The apartments were nice but small. The cost including the assistance was a better value. It wasn't as nice and fancy of a place, but it had everything I felt my parents needed to live out their lives. They had people on staff 24 hours a day for any type of assistance that any of the residents need."

"It is extremely nice. The facilities are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The dining area is extremely nice. The staff we met were extremely nice and friendly. I only saw 2 rooms that were like studio rooms. They have a dresser, closet, and space for a TV. They have a theater room and a lot of places to just sit and lounge. Everything is very bright,.The furnishings are relatively new. They have an exercise room with exercise things in it. There's also a salon inside."

"Arden Courts was a good place for my mother to live. It was a good environment -- very nice and clean. The staff and the services were good. If I’d ask them something, they would tell me. They were very caring toward the patients. The rooms looked fine, and the menu looked good to me. "

"The staff members at Brookdale Finneytown were very friendly. She talked about the services that they provide, and they have some good community activities. Their amenities are not fancy. They're basic, and they don't have any super fancy amenities there. The meals are included as to the cost of the services. They have a community room, a little library area, and a few places to sit outside."

"We were unable to go into the memory care area of Traditions at Camargo. They were a little bit more strict about that, so we just saw the main lobby and went into a private office. We saw the lobby and one of the communal dining areas. Because of COVID, they're limiting the amount of areas that you can see, and so we weren't able to tour the full facility. We just met with one of the people there. They were helpful. The facility is brand new, so everything is very nice. The amenities were pretty much the same as all the other places that we have looked at. It was comparable to anything we would compare it to."

"I Visited this facility in january of this year. I was verry inpressed at how well the staff maintained the facility, It was verry clean and verry sanitary. Also verry relaxing. The staff was verry friendly. They made sure to answere all of my questions. They showed us around the facility and i must say it was nice my grandmother really loved it. she moved into the facility 4 months ago and has enjoyed it verry much. My grandmother says the staff and facility make her feel safe and at home. The staff sits down with her and has coffee once in a while they listen to her storys about her life and the staff is verry understanding and compassionet twards my grand mother. this is honestly a verry nice facility and it is also verry affordable. the have bingo night and all of the residence love it. And i must add the residence at this facility are very friendly. Its like one big family. So my overall expenriance with the Sterling house of springdale is verry good. They have a wonderful facility and i would recommend it to anybody. "

"I actually liked Brookdale Kenwood very much. The only concern that I had was something that was very important to my father. He only likes walking and they had limited outdoor space for that, but they had a great staff and I really liked that they didn't have a lot of turnover. It was very expensive, but it was very nice that your loved one could stay there until it was time for them to pass on. They didn't have to go to another place, if the level of care was increased. We went to the memory care, and they were doing art activities. They were also doing some chair exercises and movie time."

"My dad has been in here for a month now. It is an assisted living, lockdown place. It is more like a home than an institution. It has a main shared living area in the center, and then on each side are five bedrooms. The place has two aides 24/7, and then during the day, there is an RN. They have a big kitchen, and they cook real food. Food smells great. My dad says it tastes great too. They cook from scratch. It is all about the patients there. It is really quite a nice comfortable place. This is a very warm family-oriented community. It is quite nice. I like it a lot. They are licensed for 12 residents. There is a patio which it is large, there is a small grassy area, and there is a covered porch. When the weather is nice, they can go out there. It is a memory unit, so you don't go wander the grounds. I like the place, and I like the staff. The place is new, so everything is new and clean. I found it to be priced more comfortably than the larger communities."
