"My dad moved to Rosedale Green. They have caring staff, an easy intake process, and ample activities. Last week they brought in pygmy goats for the residents to interact with. I thought that was kind of clever. So, social kind of interaction type things. The room is clean, reasonable in size, neutral colors but bright sunshine through the window. The food seems balanced and nutritious, but maybe not as tasty as it could be."

" My mother is currently staying here. My mom has dementia and a year ago she was staying with me. She fell a couple times and broke her pelvic bone. The surgery aggravated the dementia and she went downhill pretty fast requiring 24 hour care. She has been in 3 different homes on the east side and when she was still able to convey her thoughts this was the only home where she liked the staff and told me that she knew they cared about her. To me that is far more important than any other factor. I know she is as happy as she can be under these terrifying circumstances. As of 12/5/16 I signed her up for hospice care that works closely with the staff here to improve her care even more and from my observations once again they have come through with flying colors in caring for my mom. "

"Finding the proper home for your loved one is so important and stressful. We were blessed to have chosen SMH. With my Mom unable to see her family for 9 months due to covid, the staff at SMH became her only family and they pulled her through. My Mom was a resident for almost 4 years, this became her home. The staff is very caring, the rooms are clean and they have many activities during the week. Daily mass was very important for my mom and the food was also very good. I strongly recommend SMH !! "

"We've placed my daughter at Beechwood Home. She has her own room, and they provide everything for her. The staff answers within a certain time when you need them. When it's time for meals, they remind you and give you the menu. The food is great and is always freshly cooked. They have activities every day, like blackjack, magician shows, trivia, arts and crafts, music appreciation, songs and stories, pumpkin painting, and decorating. They also do conferences with the family to make sure everything is according to the care plan. They come up to the room just about every day to get her laundry."

"I really appreciate and enjoy the Physical Therapy. Rachael and Danielle are so kind and courteous to me and encourage me. "

"Mount Washington was recommended by the people at the hospital. My mother had a stroke, and when she was ready for release, they suggested Mount Washington. We do not have any complaints at all. My mother is well-taken care of. They monitor her and nothing gets by them. The food is delicious. I see the menu every day, so I know what they are feeding her, and we have not had any problems. She is in a shared room, which is spacious, and they keep it clean. They have activities from morning until night, and she can choose which ones she would like to participate in. Once a month, they have a big birthday party and the birthday girl gets balloons on her wheelchair and a crown on her head, and then they have cake, ice cream, and entertainment. "

"DO NOT COME TO OAK PAVILION NURSING CENTER. MY MOTHER WAS A PATIENT THERE SHE WAS PROGRESSING VERY WELL THEN ABRUPTLY IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS SHE IS NOW DYING. SHE IS SICKER NOW THAN SHE WAS WHEN SHE WENT IN. IF YOUR RELATIVE COMES HERE YOU COULD BE PLANNING A FURNERAL LIKE WE ARE. BEWARE!!!!!! "

"Excellent staff, and the necessary care extended was very good. Marjorie P. Lee was very well-kept, very attractive, and excellent food. There were some activities planned every day -- very active schedule. They have sing-along, a number of speakers, and forums on the news and happenings. I was most impressed with the staff. They were very responsive to me. "

"I'm moving into Seven Acres Senior Living at Clifton. It's a nice place. It's on seven acres of land, that's why it's called Seven Acres. It's also seven stories. It has independent living, but skilled nursing is the one I'm going in. It's not super duper expensive, but it's also not one of those things that's like a clubhouse where they have a couple of restaurants. It's just the right kind of place for me. They do your laundry. They have three hot meals a day. They have some activities and an exercise room. The staff is really good, really nice, and friendly."

"After my mom’s stroke, she needed an assisted living home. After a stay at Marjorie P Lee, which was great, we moved her to the Deupree Cottage. The professionals and staff were great and made a bad situation as best as possible. Mom loved her room, we were able to paint it a color she loved and we moved in a good number of furniture pieces from her home in NW Ohio. While it wasn’t home, it was the next best thing. The living room and dining areas are exceptional as the facility is designed as a home, not a nursing home. The outdoor garden area is also attractive and enjoyable for any resident. I would strongly suggest that anyone thinking about such a facility, consider an ERS facility. The leadership and management team, as well as facility staff, are tremendously committed to the residents. "

"My dad is at Hyde Park Health Center. The staff seems to be very committed to their patients. He is in their memory care unit, which is a small unit within a larger facility. The rooms in the memory care unit are a pretty good size, and well-maintained; they are individual, private rooms. The food is actually my biggest complaint because it's pretty institutional and bland. Their activities are limited but are provided Monday through Friday. "

"The food is not appetizing and it is served cold 95% of the time due to they do not use plate warmers. The building is very old and it smells bad. The staff is always short and do not treat the residents with respect. The nurses are not knowledgeable and make a lot of errors. They do not seem to care or to like their jobs. This is not a place where I would place someone I love. "

"The staff is friendly and caring. The first time we encounter this facility is when my mother was in a car accident and broke her hip. My Mother is like most 82 year old (she was 80 @ the time), 'pretty settled in their ways'. My mother only eat at the same restaurant and prefer her meals generally seasoned with the typical salt, pepper, seasoning salt seasoning. Not only did my mother raved about how well the meals where prepared, she very seldom asked the family to bring her a meal outside of what was being served at Victoria. My mother also raved about the staffs kindness toward her and how well her room was cleared. My mother stay Victoria was 4 months. When and if we have a concern they were efficient in their response. My mother's care was stellar. I rated the facility a 4 because their is always room for improvement . We did how a discrepancy with an evening weekend staff member, but none the less the concern was resolved quickly.Now we are face with other unexpected occurrence. My sister had two aneurism and when we were in need of long time care, with very little thought Victoria Retirement Center was 1st on our list.This is a Great facility, the residence seems happy and content.
