The apartments are surprisingly spacious and soundproof. I love my view of the arboretum. I have privacy while still being close to all of the things I love like the Bistro, auditorium, and cheers pub. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was surprised how fast everyone knew my name when I first moved in. Everyone works really hard but is still patient with us. Wine and words is one of my favorite activities. It gives you a chance to talk with your friends and meet new people. There are so many amenities here, I still haven't used all of them. The warm water pool is one of my favorite amenities. I love doing water exercises for my arthritis. It is a great community, everyone should move here!

I have toured Maple Knoll Village Cincinnati, OH. It's clean, there were lots of activities that are internal or external. My negative on that is the financial aspect. They require that you have to come in with a one-time entrance rate, which is anywhere from $100,000 to $300,0000. So that's a requirement with them. Their apartments were roomy with good views, and many of them have balconies. Their staff was very helpful, very friendly, and very approachable. The food is very good and there are lots of opportunities. So aside from the dining area, they had an all-day cafe kind of thing where you could get sandwiches and snacks.

Maple Knoll Village was very nice. It's a little village, so it was a great place for a functioning senior. They had large apartments and were very comfortable. They have a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. The staff was very, very nice. They had a bunch of buildings, so people were moving around. They had different options for their independent living, where you could get a cottage or an apartment, or a townhouse. It's an older facility. They had outdoor spaces and patios that looked out over very nice landscaped areas.

The apartments at Maple Knoll Village were beautiful. The staff members seemed very friendly. We didn't see a lot of the activities, but the residents seemed pretty happy. Their food was probably one of the worst meals we ever had. They have an outdoor area, they have small parks, and they have a couple of ponds as well.

Maple Knoll Village is excellent. They have wonderful on-site facilities, and many of the amenities are included. They have a medical alert system. Everything is included in the price, e.g., utilities, including the landline and WiFi. You are allowed to pick the color of the carpet and they paint the walls when you move in. The place that I'm on the waiting list for has a garage that is attached. They have a wellness center, a swimming pool, beauty parlor, restaurant, bus service to Kroger's, and outings. The grounds are very nice and it's a large facility. There's a pond, flowers, and sculptures. There's independent living, assisted living, hospital care, and hospice. They have security, but it's an expensive place.

I moved to Maple Knoll Village because it was near my sister. It's clean, they have lots of activities, and it's expensive. They have everything from independent living up to hospice. The staff is very helpful, and they come to ask if I need help, even if I haven't pushed my button. There's an indoor, heated Olympic size pool, and each level of care has its own dining room.

Maple Knoll Village had a variety of options. It was well inclusive in that as your health changes, they have variations in the facility that will accommodate you. They have separate cottages with large rooms. In the main facility, they have a multi-story facility with varying-sized rooms. They were adequate. The food was adequate, too.

At Maple Knoll, they have a nice pool that is heated that offers treadmills and bicycles for the elderly to work out but still keep their muscles warm. The staff was very pleasant. They actually have a restaurant onsite where they cook the food to give their residents, but they also offer an actual restaurant where people can come in and eat. For us, Maple Knoll was the top.

Maple Knoll Village was very nice, but they have a 3 to 6 month waiting list. They had a lot of activities for somebody who were more independent. I thought it would be wonderful because they had woodworking shops. They were in the beautiful property. I had a very good impression. The people seemed happy there. They had a lot of different levels. We talked to one gentleman. He had lived there for maybe 14 years. He and his wife moved there as independent living, but then his wife became sick, and they were able to get kind of assisted living help in their independent living apartment up to a point where she needed more help. Then she was actually in a skilled nursing room separate from him, but she is still in the same facility, and he visits her every day. It was a really nice property. It had a beautiful garden with a little waterfalls -- a little fountain. It also had a Montessori pre-school on site. So, the residents who were more on independent living could go over and volunteer with the children if they wanted. We loved that property, it was just that there was a wait list, and my dad was kind of beyond the point where he wouldn't be able to do a lot of the things because he wasn't really going to be in the independent living anymore, unfortunately.

The visit at Maple Knoll Village was fine. Everyone was very helpful. It was a nice facility. The rooms were fine. I like that it's close to my current house. They have activities. They have an exercise, a weight room, a pool, and social events. I just like the quality of the facility.

She was in Maple Knoll. We loved Maple Knoll. It had beautiful grounds. They like to take her out and walk her. They had different food other than the cafeteria food. It was just a wonderful place. She was treated very well. The staff was wonderful. She started in an apartment. As time went on, she went into nursing care.

Maple Knoll Village had apartments, townhouses and villas. Their villas had garages than could be used for cars or as workshops. They had four washers and dryers. It had two bedrooms which was really nice. It had a full size refrigerator and felt like more like a home than an apartment. I loved this facility.

Maple Knoll has been a part of the local community for decades. My mother was born here during the time it was a hospital. They have since moved on to assisted living and nursing facilities. It is very clean and my great-aunt gets take care of very well and lovingly. The landscaping is beautiful and everyone is polite, cheerful and helpful. You can tell everyone actually cares.

My grandfather never had any complaints regarding Maple Knoll Village. Every time I went to visit him, he would go on about how peaceful the place was and how much happier he was being there. He loved the activities that were available to him at the facility. I do agree that their physical fitness is exceptional. The fitness room has over 12 different machines that the residents can do even offer a warm-water pool and sauna. One of the nurses mentioned to me on a visit how much my grandfather loves the whirlpool! She even said they have to warn him when he's been in too long! The nurses always appear to be very pleasant when I visit and pay attention to my grandfather and his care. They know him by name, tell me little quirky things about him that I've missed, and have real conversations with him when they bring him his meals and check on him. I think the facility we have him in is really the best one. The staff there really takes an interest and renewed my granddad's spirit.

Mapleknoll seems like a nice place to live. My relative began in the independent cottages, and then moved to the assisted living building when she needed it. She seems to receive good care, and she enjoys the food and the companionship of her fellow residents. Her apartment is nice and spacious, and has big windows. It includes a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and a small kitchen. They plan outings and events for the residents, which is nice. Also, my relative has needed the assistance of the nursing staff on numerous occasions, and we feel that they have provided good care to her, as well as keeping her family up to date on what is happening with her situation. It also has beautiful grounds, and easy parking and access for visitors of residents. Although the assisted living center (Beecher) seems nice for what it is, the independent cottages (where my relative initially stayed) are really outstanding. They are nice inside and have patios outside, and there is a very active social scene and nice restaurant. All in all, it seems to be a nice facility and based on my experience with my relative, I would recommend it to others.
