"My mother has been at Western Hills for 4 years and she really loves the staff and the care that she has received. The community and staff are like family. It really gives my family peace of mind knowing that your loved one is in good hands."

"I was very impressed with Provision Living at West Clermont. It's a beautiful new community. The tour was very nice and very informative. The staff was very easy to talk with. She told me a lot about the community itself, living in the independent housing, and then moving into assisted living (if needed), and the memory care; although, I did not visit those two units. I like the convenience and just the setting was very lovely and very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and it's also pet friendly (and that's important to us). The rooms were absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated, very comfortable, very open, and airy. Cleanliness was very nice."

"Christian Village has different levels of care, including apartments, townhouses, memory care, and various levels of assisted and skilled nursing. They're an older facility, but very clean, with attractive grounds, and with very competent people. Their dining area and menu was very good. They have an Alzheimer's support group, religious services, and a lot of activities."

"It is very nice and in a nice location. It is also easy to get onto the freeway. There's lots of shopping nearby. We had classes there for retired people and had eaten there, too. They had a movie theater in their main building, which was very nice. However, we did not go to visit any of the independent condos because there wasn't one that was available to see."

"Berkeley Square is very nice, very aesthetically-pleasing, and very clean. They have a very nice health club, a swimming pool, and several dining venues. They plan many different trips during the week. Some of the apartments are very nice and large. We like the layout. Everybody seemed very friendly and helpful. We went through the skilled nursing place and we saw people interacting there. Everybody seemed very nice and caring toward the people they were dealing with. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We had a meal there, and it was very good."

"My father is very happy living at Westover. They take great care of him and he enjoys the entertainment and various activities they provide for their residents. His room is spacious and close to the dining area. It gives me comfort knowing that he is in a safe and caring environment. The staff truly looks out for his best interest. "

"I will move into Ohio Living Mount Pleasant. I chose them because they're very friendly. They have social workers as the directors at the front, which I is very good. They also have continuous care. It's a complete thing. They had activities that I really liked. They have a duplicate bridge, and they have a choir. Those are two things that interest me. It's a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer in the units, and two meals a day, and one meal on Saturday and Sunday, which is fine with me. You can choose whichever meals you want to go to. They serve three meals a day, but you only go to two. Mine will be lunch and dinner because their breakfast is at nine, and I get up at seven. I've eaten there three times. It's very good. Christine explained everything. I'm all going to be on the second floor, overlooking a big patio area. They have a separate building that is a health center, which is like a workout gym that you can use, and they have water aerobics, too."

"Everything is very clean, food is good and appropriate temperature when served. Most Aides and nurses are very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, but if salaries were increased, I feel staff could be retained for longer tenures. "
