Twin Lakes was very expensive, but the food was very good. I've been there to eat. I have friends that live there, and the apartments and things were very nice. They could go out to eat or go shopping. It's very, very well kept and very clean. They have parking and a garage that you can park in. I went to the independent living, and it's laid out beautifully. They have more than one campus. They have apartments as well. It's a very well laid out place and very good for walking. There was way too much food, but it was good. If they wanted to take their food home with them, they would box it and you could take it home with you. They have an indoor pool. They've got everything there.

Twin Lakes was very clean and bright. It's all enclosed. You can get to independent living and assisted living without going outside. The tour was lovely. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They have all the appliances you need, and you can make changes to your apartment. They are very customizable, which was nice. They have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer.

I have called and emailed this community several times, seeking information about placement in Memory care for my family member. No one has called or gotten back to me. This place seems to have good reviews, but how do you ever get ahold of someone who will actually tell you anything about the place. I can not rate anything else about the place. I have not been there and they don't seem to want to be bothered with setting up a tour or telling me if there is a wait list or not.

We went to Twin Lakes Senior Living Community. It was very nice, but the minimum fee was $320,000, and you get some of that back. They didn't have anything immediately available, but the apartment that they had available were more expensive, didn't have a great view, and was like a football field away from getting to the elevator or the dining room. It was way too big, we didn't encounter many staff, and the rooms were not particularly big. It was an upscale resort, more impersonal, and less warm. You would have to be a lot more mobile, and it's geared toward seniors that don't have any physical impairments.

Twin Lakes is over-the-top and in a very exclusive part of the Cincinnati area. The people who live there have lots of money. It is very expensive to live there, and it didn't feel as friendly. Everything we saw was very clean, fairly new, and nice. Everybody seemed very nice and were having a good time. The staff seemed nice too. The dining area was pretty small, but the food looked expensive. They have a swimming pool and a health club. It seemed older and extremely busy. The equipment didn't look nice.

We went and looked at Twin Lakes. I think it was too expensive. The grounds are not as nice. The rooms were fine, and they also had villas. It's very clean; it's very nice. The food was fine.
