My dad moved to Orchard Park Assisted Living and the community is wonderful. We had a little problem when we got into the place, he got COVID again at the beginning. But other than that, it's a wonderful place. He's got a brand new room, it's freshly painted, and we were allowed to bring in whatever we wanted to make it home. The food has been good, he's not one to like vegetables, but they push them on him a little bit. He hasn't been able to go down there much because he was in quarantine after he got there and they pretty much isolated him to his room and brought the food to him. So he's been eating a lot in the room right now, so we haven't had a chance to enjoy the dining room yet. We like that the price is cheaper than where we were, that was the big thing. It's also much, much better than where we were and the staff is wonderful.

My father is a resident at Orchard Park Assisted Living. If you are looking for a caring facility, you will be very happy there. The people are friendly and most importantly, kind. The aides are awesome and always ready to help with residents' needs. Before the Covid came along, Tuesday was always ice cream social day. Dad looked forward to the ice cream and visiting with the other people. There were different events during the month such as wine/juice and cheese tasting. There's bingo and crafts. Friendships have been made. Residents who truly care for and about each other. I'm very glad dad chose to live there.

I've been here two years and wouldn't want to be any where else. I'm very happy with the staff and all the residents . I find the cleanliness is great and activities here are designed to fit everyone's needs.

I have been very happy with my experience with Orchard Park. My Mom has really transitioned into the community. The caring staff have made sure all of her needs are met, and make her feel at home. She has a nice room, that she has furnished with things from home. She is really happy that she can have her dog with her.

I wanna thank Misty for all her hard work. She always go above and beyond and the way she interacts with the residents and families including mine shows how truly compassionate she is. She is always smiling and has a great positive attitude! She always shows hospitality and offers any help necessary! She is a great asset to Orchard Park thank you again.

About a year ago after several falls, my 95-year old mother realized she could no longer live alone. Her immediate family, my brother and I, are geographically separated from Bucyrus. My mother wanted to stay close to her extended support group and church. She preferred to go into Orchard Park for assisted living. We have been delighted with that choice. Orchard Park has wonderful care with a great staff. The management gave us good suggestions on where to obtain financial help and have been very flexible in providing her needs. They call me whenever there is a problem or concern with her health or physical well being. I recently received such a call and decided to travel to Bucyrus to resolve a couple of issues. When I arrived I learned that Orchard Park had already resolved one important issue. When I met with her doctor, I learned that every issue, for which I had been called, had been documented in detail and forward to him for further evaluation. The doctor was very complementary about the Orchard Park staff in their thoroughness and attentiveness. My mother is very happy in this facility and I am very comfortable that she is receiving excellent care. I would highly recommend Orchard Park to all those in the Bucyrus area that need an assisted living facility. For those of you near Upper Sandusky, the same management team runs a facility there, as well.

Orchard Park has been a life-saver for our family. My mother, May, was in the hospital with pneumonia and desperately needed a place to stay where she could receive the around-the-clock care she required. Carrie at OP worked tirelessly with us and found a way we could move Mom in and get her settled. With the therapy, love, and care she's received, Mom is walking without assistance and she and I even danced a jitter-bug last week. My family visits Mom often and eat with her weekly (really great food!) I'm not an expert on assisted living or nursing homes but for our family and Mom, there is no other place she'd want to be. Thank you Orchard Park for all you do for our Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma!
