"My mom is a resident of Liberty Nursing Center Of Mansfield. Right now, the staff is great. I have no complaints. It's an older facility, but they're in the process of updating it. It's very clean. It does not smell. They have a nice visiting area. There are activities. They're trying to get back into taking the residents out once a month; but because of COVID, they haven't been able to do that. They have activities like bingo, ice cream socials, balloon toss, and bowling. The food has been great. One thing that mom has mentioned is that the portions are too big for her. It's been very good."

"I was able to be a visitor on several occasions to Hillside Acres Nursing Home facilities. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the grounds. Besides looking clean, it also had a clean smell to it. I have been in others, that one you walked in there was a distinct aroma that I did not experience here.The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I observed inter-reaction between staff and the residents and never say anything that I didn't like. I was there as the residents were getting ready to go to supper and everyone seemed eager to go to the dining area. I assumed that they enjoyed the food that was repaired for them. I liked the courtyards for the residents in the middle of the building, so that there were several entrances and exits to the courtyard, but no way to get out of the facility. The various residents had there area very personalized, even having plants and bird feeders hanging in the courtyard outside of the room windows. I was impressed in the facility and the staff members. "

"My mom was at Winchester Terrace and I didn't like that place. When you talk to one of the staff about something and then you call back to check on it, you get someone else that has no idea what you're talking about. It was pandemic time, though, and they had to move my mom from her room to a different room. They lost 50% of her clothing and we called several times. They told us that they found some, but it was just a small amount from what was still missing. They said they would keep looking, but we never heard from them again. She laid in her room for three days, and nobody came to help her with anything. That's why we ended up taking her out and bringing her to our house. Now, she's doing much better. Some of the staff were very friendly and very cooperative. It just depends on who you talk to. Some seemed to care and act on it and some didn't. She was supposed to get physical therapy twice a day and we found out she hadn't even had it yet. We had to stay on top and let them know that we were watching them. The place wasn't very clean either. The floor in her room needed to be mopped. There was no activity other than her therapy and bathing her and stuff like that, which might be partly for her situation."

"My mother is in Mill Creek. We chose it because it's 24/7 care. They have bingo; visitors who come in to play the piano, play guitar, and sing; and arts and crafts. The staff members are very nice and helpful. I'm very impressed with them. You ask questions, and they're right there to answer them. "

"I enjoyed the facility was very clean and not much of a smell. The transport to Dr appts really helped as I'm unable. Danny is such a sweet girl and we enjoyed her company. The aides and nurses were great as well. Molly is such a blessing we thank you all. "

"I ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT!! i am a STNA and my clinicles were at the facility. it is a very clean environment! they have a very nice alhimers unit (thats where i worked) the workers are great and so are the residents! I 100% RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!! :) "

"The staff is amazing. My father suffered a massive stroke and we took him there for care during his final few days. The staff was caring, kind, and prompt with his care. The team was attentive to my father and to our family. Couldn’t have asked for better care."

"My friend is in ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. The people there are super nice and they treat you like you're the only person there. Even though they're short-staffed, which every place is, they give it their all and they made her feel a lot more welcome and not so much a burden there and that was a feeling she needed. They help her get up to go to the bathroom or get up to do anything. The cleanliness looked real good. What she needs, she gets pretty easy. I have not heard her complain about it. The staff seemed good. I've seen activities, and my friend said they got quite a bit there. I was just listening to what she has said and her roommate. She's happy with it, and it's working out for her."

"We enjoyed our visit with Brethren Care Village. The facility was fairly new, and in great shape. Everything was clean, and appeared to be well-maintained. The selection of apartments was impressive, and the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. The food was good, nothing amazing, but good for a buffet. I believe the other locations on their campus have different food options, but this is what they had where we were. There was a barber located inside of the facility, and therapy services as well. The facility offers 24 hour care, and emergency response, which is reassuring. There really isn't anything in the immediate surrounding area, but many stores and restaurants, both local and national chains, are located within a 5-10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend taking a look at Brethren Care Village if you are looking at assisted living options in the Northeast/Central Ohio region. "

"They were very kind and nice at Kingston of Ashland. I was there with my wife everyday for six weeks before she passed away. They were excellent. In fact, I wrote them a letter at the end and told them how well I appreciated their service. If I needed to get her from the wheelchair to the bed, I just ring the bell, and there was always somebody within 2-3 minutes asking what they could do. The dining room was a nice bright room, and people were getting good care. We had a room, and it was beautiful. "
