If you love your mom and dad don't put them here there is a very high turn over rate on nurses and aides my mother fell out of her wheel chair and was trapped between the sink and toilet she laid there for 20 minutes before someone found her. My mothers whole face is black and blue the nursing staff never told me she has a really big goose egg on her forehead it took a aide to point it out to me the aide was not even my mothers aide. The reason my mother fell out her chair was because the aide never put my mothers seat belt back on her. Then you have nurses coming in my mothers room looking for aides and will talk about other residence and their medical care that goes against HIPPA and they talk freely in front of me and my family we don't want to hear about another residence medical issues or what their bottom looks like. And yes the bed bugs are unreal they are not treating that issue the proper way. I'm so thankful we got our mother out this rat hole the very sad part is the owners do care all they want is money.

My mother went home because she's through with her therapy. Everything was okay when she was inside the facility, and we have the same people coming in the house now to take care of her in the evening. The staff were hospitable and very responsive to my mom's needs. It's also a clean place. My mother was happy and contented, although she complained the food was bad. My mother was a cook and a supervisor in a cafeteria. She never went to the dining room; she ate in her room. I think they should improve on the taste of the food. Perhaps make it better and warmer because she was two doors from the kitchen and it came cold.
