My mother is a resident there. Her family is not pleased with the treatment she is receiving. She asks for pain medicine and has to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to 3 hours before she gets it. She injured her hip on one of the therapy machines and now is crying with pain. They have waited 2 weeks before they even called her doctor to ask for an x-ray. The director of nursing was not very friendly with me this morning when I called to check on my mom. I asked her to ask the doctor if my mom could have anything stronger for pain and she almost bit my head off. I would not recommend this place for long term care for your loved ones.
