Brethren Care Village

My father was in Brethren Care Village for six weeks and just passed away last Saturday. It was a wonderful place. I would recommend it. He was in the memory care. The care was excellent. The environment and the surrounding were wonderful. The rooms, food, and dining area were fine. However, my father had a little photo album that was missing. There was a patient who wandered around in the room, so maybe she put it somewhere, and everybody was on the lookout for it. I would like to have it back. The place was very secure. The staff was wonderful and couldn?t have been better. It was very expensive. The activities were fine.

We enjoyed our visit with Brethren Care Village. The facility was fairly new, and in great shape. Everything was clean, and appeared to be well-maintained. The selection of apartments was impressive, and the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. The food was good, nothing amazing, but good for a buffet. I believe the other locations on their campus have different food options, but this is what they had where we were. There was a barber located inside of the facility, and therapy services as well. The facility offers 24 hour care, and emergency response, which is reassuring. There really isn't anything in the immediate surrounding area, but many stores and restaurants, both local and national chains, are located within a 5-10 minute drive. I would definitely recommend taking a look at Brethren Care Village if you are looking at assisted living options in the Northeast/Central Ohio region.
