"Mom has been there since November 2016, the facility is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly!! I find my mom dressed in clean clothes daily!! I would definitely recommend heartland for sure!!! Myself just had a hip replacement done and I did out patient therapy there so I can visit my mom there. They did a wonderful job and I'm back to normal!!! "

"My mother moved into SKLD Plymouth. They are very caring and very thorough. The facility is clean. They have knowledgeable staff members. The food is good, and my mom is eating it. They do have activities, but my mom's unable to participate. I love their group dining. You can get your hair done. They have crossword puzzles and coloring. I haven't seen anybody unhappy. Everything is covered because my mom is a dialysis patient, so we don't have to pay anything. They make adjustments where needed. If something is off track, they try to ensure that it gets fixed immediately. For example, when my mom gets back from dialysis, they try to make sure everything is warm and ready when she gets situated. I appreciate that."

"My mother was at Medilodge of Plymouth. The people were very friendly. It was a much older place. The people were very nice; however, we didn't have the best experience just because of a miscommunication. My mother had a private room, but there wasn't a bathroom in the room. It made it really inconvenient for my mother because she couldn't walk and she had to be transferred into her wheelchair. Out of all the beds they had there, there were only five to six bathrooms that you had to share with multiple people. That was a little bit inconvenient. She didn't really get to participate in many activities while she was there, though they did have them. We didn't have the best experience there as far as that went. Again, the people that worked there were very nice and did what they could."

"My mom was at Novi Lakes Health Campus for rehab. I like the staff. The staff was friendly. They took good care of my mom there. It was very consistent and they were very competitive. They always communicated with the family about the things that were going on. So I liked that about them. It's very clean there. Everything has its own place. Everything's neat. They do a lot with the residents there. They provide medical services. They have doctors on staff. They have nurses. It's fully staffed. They have a rehabilitation center inside of the location. It's very nice, and all the rooms have their own bathroom."

"I am a friend of a resident of Farmington Nursing Center. In general, I thought Farmington Nursing Center was an excellent choice for someone who is looking a placement for a friend or family member. Farmington Nursing Center is a nice place and it is pretty and in a really nice secluded neighborhood and it is a mid size facility. The grounds of the facility are pretty and very secluded in a country like setting surrounded by trees and in a rural wooded area and very well maintained and landscaped .The common area of the facility are country and secluded but there are houses spaced apart and the neighborhood is a very beautiful neighborhood and the neighborhood itself is also secluded. The residents' rooms are nicely coordinated with matching décor that all blend in well together. The colors are white, brown, orange, and yellow and a variety of other colors that all blend very well together and they also compliment the facility. The residents rooms doesn't smell and are very clean and neatly decorated. The residents get along very well together and seem to have a great time together and the food there looked good and the residents there conveyed to me that the food was good. The staff and management of the facility are professional and team, task oriented in their job duties and performance and treat their residents like family. I think the residents get excellent care there. While I was there, I noticed that a staff person was always seen for the convenience of their residents. I also noticed that the staff members and management interact often with their residents' and also keep track of their residents. It shows that they are concerned and have interest in the residents there. I would have to give Farmington Nursing Center a five star rating for their excellence and expertise. Overall, Farmington Nursing Center is an excellent placement for someone that is looking for a great placement for a friend or family member. I would recommend it to everyone and anyone over 50 because I know that they would like it there and I know that they would do well there because it is such a great placement. "

"My mom went to Wellbridge for rehab after surgery as well as a minor routine post op complication requiring her to wear oxygen as she recovered. Our experience was excellent in every way. My mom's therapy was even done even on weekends. The facility is well staffed and she had the consistency of having the same day nurse for the majority of her staff which is very important for understanding the pt and picking up on subtle changes. We met early on with a NP who ordered breathing treatments and a chest x ray to see what her baseline was so to judge going forward if there were improvements worsening with the condition of her lung status. She was encouraged by all the staff to use her incentive spirometer to expand her lungs. Within a week she was off the oxygen. Her spirits were always up as the staff was very attentive to her needs and when she needed pain control she was not kept waiting. The food was excellent and freshly prepared by a chef daily. I am a nurse and I would recommend this facility very highly. "

"Month of January I had to go to rehab after surgery. I worked in Nsg, centers for years and was very leary to go to one. Needless to say I was very pleased with the care of the staff and how compassionate they were with other residents. The rehab dept (Diamond Rehab) were excellent and personal. I would strongly recommend this facitity, My transition home was made easy and continued with Diamond Rehab."

"This was the only nursing home I have ever had to have a family member in and it put a bad taste in my mouth. The person I had living in this center was my 67 year old grandmother, she ended up living there for 7 months before passing away. At first this place seemed like it was great the staff was friendly and everything seemed perfect. It seemed like this was an area you could trust a loved one to recover in or even live in for the rest if their life. A month and half down the road and my grandma has bed sores all over here back becuase they were not turning her. this was something that upset the family bigtime, not only because it was our loved one , but at lease two or three of my family members would be there from sun up til sundown every day, so it kinda was like a devoloping relationship type thing that they stabbed us in the back on. "

"Four Seasons Nursing Center of Westland had a good layout. One of the nurses gave us a tour, and she was very helpful and efficient. There was a list of daily and weekly activities. They showed us the courtyard, the garden, and a fine looking dining room."

"I got my mother into Camelot Hall. I used to do eye care in nursing homes, and this was one of the nursing homes that I used to go to. I have seen the care they provide for the residents in there. The staff is so nice. Before I put her in there, as I took her and had her eye examined, they found out that she had really bad cataracts, they arranged for her to see an ophthalmologist and sent an aide with her to the ophthalmologist because I wasn't able to be there, and they also arranged for her to have the cataract surgery and then sent an aide with her that day because I couldn't be there with her that day either. My mom said they have really, really good food. She is pretty picky, and I chatted with her while she was eating dinner, and it looked very good. They play little games, and if she wins the games, she gets her nails polished at the end of the game. The whole staff is very, very caring. I know my mom is safe; it is a safe place. "

"My mom went to The Manor of Farmington Hills. At first, some of the staff were great, others weren't so great. The rehab part was really good, and my mom enjoyed that. The food was OK, and they tried to cater to the patient's dietary needs."

"My mother was recently placed at this beautiful building. Being younger (50's) she was concerned about the environment and it being a "nursing home". This facility is FAR from a nursing home. This is a beautiful facility that treated my mother with so much kindness , as well as a "top notch" therapy team that made the workout specific to her needs to return home. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone looking for a nursing facility. The team is A+ "

"My mother and father lived in the Woodhaven apartments for a number of years until they were unable to care for themselves. They both moved to the skilled nursing facility at Woodhaven when they needed additional care. The facility provided loving Christian care and my parents enjoyed the lovely wooded setting. "
