"My husband moved into WellBridge of Pinckney just before the holidays. The building looks new and attractive. He's getting very good care and the people that work there seem quite committed to doing the best for the residents. He has a private room. They have the housekeeping people come in every day to clean up his room. The food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I need something or want something, they make sure that I get it or they help me take care of it. I would recommend them. Over the holidays, they didn't have the full staff because people have days off and weekends. So it was kind of the worst time, but all in all, everybody did as much as they could to make everything OK."

"I was a little hesitant to put my husband here because the building is pretty old but after taking a tour and seeing the renovations that have been done, I realized that it truly is a nice facility. All the staff were wonderful, the residents were so kind and it just put my mind at ease knowing he was getting the care he needed. The admissions director was so polite and able to answer all of my questions so I didn’t have to wonder what we were getting into and went out of her way to be sure things went smoothly. This was a hard decision to make as I never thought we would be needing nursing home placement, but with the caring staff, the wonderful therapy department, and awesome residents that my husband made friends with, I would definitely recommend Regency at Whitmore Lake to anyone who needs rehab or long term care. We will definitely use this facility if we need placement again! "

"My mother-in-law was in South Lyon Senior Center for a while. It was nice and clean. A lot of times she didn't want to eat or felt like eating, but sometimes she would have something that she really enjoyed They had quite a few activities, but my mother-in-law did go to them. She was kind of independent. However, they had different rooms where they would meet and talk or interact with each other. Most of the people looked happy while playing bingo or passed the ball around as a physical activity. They had friendly people that helped take people around in their wheelchairs and brought food to them. "

"Everything had a time set to it. They were all very scheduled. There was rest time but there was also activity time. When there was activity to do, they wanted you up doing their activities. They also had people from a hair saloon come in two days a week and get their hair done. My sister participated in some of those activities. She also had great physical therapy. Personnel wise, they keep the residents in good spirit. If there are aggressive people, they would stop them right then and there. With regard to food, my sister raved that she really liked their food. Everyday they got soup at lunch and a different soup in the evening. She really looked forward to that."

"After making the decision on my mothers behalf, I placed her in a facility. They talked a good game but in end of the day, the had her so over medicated that she had no idea who, where, why, nothing at all. She became lifeless and stopped moving which was what they wanted. A blister on her heal ended up with a leg amputation because of lack of care. I ended up moving her to Fenton Health Care. She is now on 1/3 the medication from the "other place". We have had video chats twice a week since Covid, and I am beyond shocked at her attitude, spiritedness, etc. She laughs, tells stories, and we have some of the most pleasant talks that we've had in years. I get a weekly call from her attending nurse to discuss her medical situation, and two weekly videos with mom where we share talks of life. She is so happy, and so am I. Making this decision was difficult, but the care she is receiving makes it feel like I did the right thing. Thank you Fenton Health Care!"

"By far this is the most impressive facility my wife has been a patient at. Very clean, great food and present staff. My wife has complex health problems and the nurses and PA were able to provide the care she needed. Nursing staff was consistent which made the stay that much better. Therapy worked wonders with my wife and I cannot thank them enough."

"My mother-in-law was at Westlake Health Campus for rehab and she really liked it. It's very easy to find and get into. She liked the staff members. It's a newer facility, so it's very nice and clean. The food was very good. They had sing-alongs and bingo."

"My in-laws are residents of Mission Point of Holly and we liked it. It's a small place and brand-new, they recently rebuilt it. It has 66 beds and only 22 are occupied right now. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they offer activities to the residents."

"The staff at this facility is amazing! They treated my mom so well like she was part of their family. Dee and the rest of the staff were wonderful. While my mom was battling the effects of inoperable brain cancer, the beautiful people here took outstanding care of her. I cannot say enough about CRC. "I am a family member of a resident of White Hall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. In general, I thought White Hall Nursing Rehabilitation and Nursing Center was an excellent choice for someone who is looking for an excellent placement for a friend or family member. White Hall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is beautiful inside and out with a cozy cul-de-sac appearance. The grounds of the facility are beautiful and wooded in appearance that tends to set off a cozy cul-de-sac look it is so heart warming to see. The common areas of the facility are in a very beautiful wooded like area and the beauty of the trees and landscape is just simply breath taking. The surrounding neighborhood is also that of a cul-de-sac appearance as well. The residents' rooms are beautiful and nice and clean and have no smell the residents’ rooms are of beige and earth tone colors that all bend very well together and compliment the facility. The residents rooms are very formal but of a contemporary style living. The residents were all very happy when I visited my grandmother there and they were also interacting with one another also. The staff and management of the facility are very dedicated to the residents, professional, and team, task, oriented in their job duties and performance. I think the residents receive excellent care there. While I was there, I noticed that staff was serving the residents various kinds of snacks as the residents were watching a movie. They were serving the residents juice, coffee, tea, Frito corn chips, potato chips, popcorn, and various other snacks. The residents conveyed to me that they like it there and that the staff there treats them like family. I would have to give White Hall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center a five star rating for their excellence and expertise. Overall, White Hall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an excellent choice for placement for someone who is looking for a placement for a friend or a family member that would like to interact with some very nice people. I would recommend it to everyone, anyone or to anyone 50 and over because I know that they would do well there and I know that they would like it there. "

"I've been in Novi Lakes Health Campus for quite some time. It's good. It's not perfect, but none of them are. The staff is pretty good. Some of them are better than others. There are more skilled people in rehab to take care of you, whereas the people in assisted living are unskilled. The room is fine. What I'm in now is assisted living, and it's got a smaller refrigerator, big enough to hold quite a little bit, a small microwave, and a separate little kitchen sink. It's just one giant room except for the bathroom. The bathroom is a good size and the shower is nice with tile and everything. The rooms were maybe just a little bit smaller in rehab. They have different rooms for what you want to spend or what you can afford, financially. Insurance isn't going to pay for a suite, and the only difference I see is that a big TV is mounted on the wall. They do a good job with the activities. There's a lot of courtyard area here where they're growing flowers and stuff, where you could go out in a wheelchair or a walker. There are rocking chairs and regular seats on the different porches. You have access to go outside and the staff will take you and wheel you out if you're in a wheelchair. There's a large window in all the rooms that you can see out and see what's going on a little bit. The room is equipped with a recliner chair. They have games in here. They have something going on every other day, like bingo and volleyball where you have fly swatters that are like hands, and then they put a net up in this activity room, then you just hit this balloon back and forth over the net, which is good exercise. They'll help you with activities basically from the waist up. They have what they call a Wine Down Wednesday, and you can go down there and it's just like a social thing. If you want something to drink they've got wine and some alcohol. They offer soft drinks or something. They do a lot of things here and I'm really surprised. They have little events. They feed you and they give you your medicine, but you have to be your own advocate with a lot of things. If they have dementia or Alzheimer's, they don't belong in here. I've been in rehab twice in here, and assisted living twice in here. It's been all the same facility."
