"My mom has been here since April and for several months I was extremely happy with the facility, the staff was great when it came to the care of the residents. The only problem I had in the beginning was missing clothes and shoes. Recently the staff and administrators have changed and not for the better, I don’t understand why the change because the old staff was the best, no one is hardly available to address my concerns and the nursing staff is not as professional like the old staff which I wish could come back. At this point I’m looking for a new facility especially since they have increased their fees $200.00 and their services are no longer worth it. The only thing that is consistent from the time my mom moved in would be the activity director Bridgit, she is amazing and has my mother very active. It saddens me to see this beautiful place and staff in the beginning to change so drastically to the point I’m removing my mother from her comfort zone but I can’t keep her there. We had a life scare and Jatonya noticed she wasn’t breathing right called ems which I was told had it been any later she wouldn’t be here today. She is no longer there and that’s sad she was excellent at her job and I don’t feel this new staff are as attentive as the old staff, while I visit no one comes and check on her which they never know when we visit for this unhappiness I feel now she’s going to leave as soon as I find another happy place. I’m so sad to do this to my mom but the only thing to keep her there would be to return the old staff completely"

"The staff is very kind and compassionate. When concerns arise they are quick to remedy the situation. We are very happy that our parents have adjusted so well to their new home."

"Tranquility Senior Living was more expensive and a little higher in my price range, but it was a nice and clean facility. The staff was also nice, informative, and helpful. They were really good. They told me about some other facilities that would probably be more in my price range. The facility didn't smell bad. The outside was nice. There was a garden in the front and I remember seeing flowers and a patio. The dining room was nice. Some of the residents were sitting in there with the staff."

"The rooms here did have a patio that led outside to a courtyard so my parents could let the dog out and that was important to us. The facility was beautiful. The staff really seemed to know the residents well, like the person who toured us knew the people in the building and they knew her. The residents were coming up and talking to me and telling me about living there. It seemed very homey. They had a salon and a library."

"Arden Court was referred to me from someone we knew. I also did an online search about this facility and when we went there, the staff was pretty good. People were very good, kind, and energetic. The medical staff is also good. They could probably improve their food quality a little bit, but overall we felt that they were the best facility in this area. "

"It was quiet, small, very serene, and very inviting. It's by far my favorite. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was exceptionally helpful, clear, and concise. I never felt like she was trying to sell me on the place. She even told me about other options. She's very welcoming and friendly. They had activities planned, but I got the feeling that it was a quieter place. Probably the biggest amenity they have was a fall detection system."

"I feel confident that my relative is in a safe, clean, and caring environment. My father-in-law is a quite individual whom takes enjoys the privacy he can maintain and when he is the mood participates in the outings that are scheduled. When I visit the staff are friendly and attentative. When I have brought a concern to them it was addressed immediatly. I felt as they were watching over a member of their family. "

"Blessed Assisted Living & Memory Care had a nice atmosphere and I liked all the activities they were telling me about. I saw one room and it was very roomy and sort of like a room in a home. The staff was very knowledgeable and they tried to answer all the questions I asked. They gave me a lot of input. I saw the game rooms and the dining area was also a nice room."

"I chose to move into Rose Senior Living Providence Park because it was newer and they have balconies. It's got Oakland County trails right behind it that you can get out on and do whatever you want to do on the trails. The least I like about it is the food. And they don't have nice sitting areas for people where they can congregate outside of their apartments, in independent living. They do have a couple of spots in assisted living, but independent living has nowhere to sit and talk to your friends and stuff like that. They have a good activity program. They have bingo, arts and crafts classes, and they bring singers in. There's a bar in the building that they have opened a couple of days a week, so people can be in there when it's open. There's a nice gym with like 8-10 machines that are all new, they have a theater where they show movies in, and a couple of other things like a hair salon."

"My family loves this community, We are so happy that our Mom is receiving excellent care here from the staff,The beautiful decor creates a very peaceful ambiance and adds harmony and value that our loved one definitely needs at this time,The food is great,They always offer a great assortment of premium variety,I could not be more pleased with the staff,The Director of the facility Michael is extremely, kind,diligent, dedicated and patient and answers any and all questions we have,This really puts our hearts and minds at ease,I highly recommend this community it is a healing place of love and tranquility."

"My mother is in here now. It is really nice, neat and she is satisfied with it. We, as a family, is satisfied with it. I think it is a good place. The monitoring is good for her. The assistance with deficiency is taking care of. The meals are great. The varieties of activities, the socialization and improving her quality of life are taken care of and it is really good. I think the staff is really well trained. They are passionate and very responsive. "

"Brookdale Farmington was very nice. The staff was so kind. It felt a little older but felt more where I thought my mom would be comfortable. The rooms were of a decent size, had windows, and were very nice, very clean, and spacious. The staff was wonderful. It was more expensive, though; everything was charged separately. "

"Vibrant Life Superior Township was quite nice. The people that I met there and the people that I talked to were very kind and very helpful. I visited the memory care and it was clean and pleasant. It looked like the residents were well taken care of. It has a nice outdoor courtyard. The gentleman that is in charge was very kind and very nice. It was not the most updated/modern facility, but it was nice."
