The physical therapist in particular, was exceptional in the care he gave. He worked very well with Mom, using the right amount of humor, gentleness, and directness to motivate her. He left written instructions (with diagrams) for "homework" exercises. He dealt with Mom's concerns and answered all our questions. All the professionals were considerate in scheduling their appointments, fitting them in when it was convenient for us. "

"It was set up through a visiting nurse of UMHS. It took them around 2 weeks to provide us with a good home aide and I am contented with how the service was performed. The home aides were good and they took care of mom for probably three months. My mother-in-law was comfortable with them. They were a good match for her. They helped her with bathing and they were patient, respectful, nurturing and attentive. My mother in law is not responsive but she had no complaints on the home aides.
