I was a patient of Amber Home Care and my nurse and therapists were wonderful. They helped me so much at a time when I thought I would never be able to get back to living a life out side my home again. I was so thankful the therapists helped me get my confidence and strength back and the nurse was so patient as I learned to cope with my colostomy. My team showed up on time when they said they would. They were so responsive to my needs. They were supportive and kind. They really came through for me.

I used their service for my at home rehab for 2 weeks following surgery. I decided to go to a different rehab center for outpatient treatment and needed a release from Amber Healthcare. The nurse was a no show for the appt on friday. I called and got the appt scheduled for Tues but the nurse arrived 3 hours late- no apology-stayed all of 5 minutes and then informed me that she would not have the paperwork sent in to the new place in time for my first appointment and I should reschedule. This is a care company in the business of working with patients to be able to live on their own and instead they(the nurse in particular) has impeded that from happening.
