My parents moved into Brookdale Farmington Hills North. It was a newer building and very clean. I really liked the staff. They seem to be genuinely happy to be serving there. They have an indoor courtyard. They have some activities. My parents seemed quite OK with the food. Their room is very nice. They have two people in one room. It's a queen-sized bed. My parents like it a lot. It was pretty high-priced. They have a library. Their dining area is very nice, with small tables.

Brookdale Farmington Hills North was pretty nice. It's a modern facility. The lady that gave me the tour was informative. They had a nice dining area and the residents were well taken care of. One thing I really liked about the place was the system they had, as far as how they had to lock the doors. It was pretty secure for the memory care residents. Also, everybody was nice and the place was beautiful. They had different activities going on for the residents.

Brookdale Farmington was very nice. The staff was so kind. It felt a little older but felt more where I thought my mom would be comfortable. The rooms were of a decent size, had windows, and were very nice, very clean, and spacious. The staff was wonderful. It was more expensive, though; everything was charged separately.

The staff at Brookdale Farmington Hills North (Formerly Clare Bridge of Farmington Hills I and II) seems very caring, nice, and very accommodating. The facility is kept up well. They have more activities than any of the other places that I looked at. It's a very nice place. I tried the food and it seems good. I haven't heard any complaints from my parents. In the dining room, they seat people who have similar memory issues, and they seem to mesh people up pretty well. There are two buildings. There's one at 27950 and one at 27900, which are identical buildings. They just have slightly different staff and residents.

I really like Brookdale Farmington Hills North, including the staff, the layout of the facility, and the rooms. The staff is very friendly and caring and interacted with the residents very well. The layout was very simple. The rooms were very nice, homey, and large. The dining room was fine. They also have personal and medical services available for the residents. It is a very clean facility.

Brookdale Farmington Hills North was an excellent place, but it was very expensive. It was worth the money if you could afford it. It was small, pleasant, and well staffed.

We visited Clare Bridge of Farmington Hills. It was a nice facility, but it wouldn't suit our needs. It was very clean. My thinking there was I should have seen more caregivers than what I saw. I didn't really see any activities although I did go on a Sunday, which could explain it.

We felt very comfortable putting our mother in Clare Bridge, and part of it was that it is smaller; they have two buildings there. It wasn't a very big place which we felt was good. It was easy for her to manage and get around. The apartment is very nice. It seems like a very nice place for her. She had room, she has a bathroom, and obviously, it is well-maintained, it is nicely decorated, and it seemed homey. From what I could tell, the staff are wonderful people. They obviously deal with a lot of specifically, purely dementia and Alzheimer's patients, and they seem to be very patient and very caring. They do a lot of different things there. They certainly have activities, and they encourage the residents to participate, but I cannot really say that my mom is participating in any of those at this point.

Clare Bridge of Farmington Hills was fine. It was meant for people with dementia on one side and the other building it was Alzheimer's. So, they had particular attention to people like that. However, my husband had a problem with balance and everything. Other than that, it was very good. He said the food was good. However, he couldn't do the activities because he couldn't see very well. He did like the entertainment. They had some quality musicians there. The staff was very friendly.

I removed my mom from Clare Bridge because they weren't well staffed and they didn't have nursing care on the weekends. At first, we thought it was a nice facility. It wasn't too big and I thought it would be a good place for my mom. However, as it turned out, she didn't get the care that she needed there. There was a problem with her medication and I felt like they weren't paying attention to her. The sanitation of the place wasn't that great and their rooms were fine but they're small. Also, they didn't have the activities that the other facility has.

I really like what I saw at Clare Bridge of Farmington but it was not geographically desirable for us. The price was competitive. The people were good, but it's a little bit further out so it didn't quite work for us.
