"We used Trinity Health At Home hospice care for my mother-in-law. They did an excellent job. They came when they said they would come and did what they had to do. It was good. They were a lot of help. They're friendly and helpful. We paid them for an hour, but they only stayed for half an hour. Their billing was weird. They're supposed to stay here for an hour, and they never did. However, they took care of what they had to do."

"My mom’s doctor recommended Heartland Hospice, and so far they have been wonderful. They have provided me with everything that I need to take care of her at home, and they are always available. I don’t have any issues with them at this time. They had been very helpful. "

"My husband's mother was admitted two weeks ago into Angela's Hospice. She was treated with the utmost care and kindness. The nurses cared about her and it was visible they kept her comfortable and clean. Nurses Melissa and Rebecca were among the staff that provided her care, They were exceptional in caring for her and keeping the family advised. Sadly, she passed away yesterday. We were met with compassion and sincere concern for our loss. The end of a beautiful life is never met without despair; but the care provided at Angela's will help ease the acceptance of it. The Center is secured, clean, peaceful, and comfortable."

"My mom had hospice care at home by Mercy Hospice associated with St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. They were amazing and very good. We were referred to them while my mom was still in the hospital. Their in-hospital representative was great. She met with us and determined my mom's needs. We had a nurse assigned to us and she was great as well. My mom was only in hospice care for a little over a week at home but the nurse was very good. I'll absolutely recommend this hospice care. I give the nurse a high rating of five and the others a four only because they were very, very busy at that time and we never got a home aide to come to the house. I'll give them an overall rating of five; it wasn't their fault they had a bunch of intakes and they were just so good. "

"We went with Brighton Hospice for my father, and they were really good. They did everything.They had a nurse come out twice a week. They had a nurse's aide come out five times a week. They had a reverend come out, basically just about anything you needed at that point. All the people were just very caring and very personable. They were very nice. They offered grief counseling. I would highly recommend them for anybody's loved ones."

"We only had Custom Health for nine days, but the service was excellent. The staff was great and couldn't have been more kind. Each person that came to the house was lovely and caring. They were great. "

"We got Residential Hospice for my mom before she passed away. They gave mom a bath and provided medical services. They were great, and the communication was really good. They were accommodating. They also worked with the caregiver really well. They called me after mom passed. I was highly satisfied with them, and I recommend them to anybody needing hospice care."

"I cannot say enough about Season's Hospice. My mom was at home when they put her in hospice. They took very good care of my mom. My mom's nurse, Paula, was always there for us when we needed her. Always available to answer our questions and if my mom wasn't feeling well Paula was right there. Unfortunately our mom passed away shortly after being in hospice. A nurse came very quickly that morning when we told her our mom was passing. She walked us through the steps on what was going to happen and told us what to do to comfort our mom. When she passed Paula made all of the arrangements we needed. They also offered support group meetings online, which was comforting. I would not have chosen a different facility. "

"We used Beaumont Hospice for my father. They were really good, very caring, very loving, and not only supported the person who was ailing, but the family was also supported. They came out to the house and they treated him. Another thing that they were good at is they give you a 1-800 number 24 hours a day. If you need anything in the evening or during the night time, they're there for you. I just can't say enough about them."

"My mom was in the Beaumont Hospice program for over two months - She passed away on 11/17. I want to make sure that anyone who is in the position to have to choose a hospice program for their loved one knows just how WONDERFUL every person that we came in contact with (doctors, nurses, aides, social workers, massage therapists, chaplains, etc.) in both the inpatient hospice care and home hospice care was! Saying THANK YOU to these amazing individuals just doesn't seem like it's enough! They treated my mom AND my family with such care, respect, gentleness, and attention to detail - I could go on and on! We feel so blessed that we chose the Beaumont Hospice program/team to care for my mom (and my family) during such an anxiety filled, confusing, emotional, and stressful time. Any time that we called with questions or if we needed actual assistance from a nurse, etc., they would be there, day or night, it didn't matter! 100% support - 100% of the time! My family was able to spend so much quaility time with my mom before she made the peaceful transition to eternal life and this was all possible because of the Beaumont Hospice team and the care and support that they provided! "CorsoCare Hospice was the worst when my dad died. He died in his room in an assisted living community. I went into his room to clean it, and they left behind a document next to the bed with the last minutes of his life documented, minute-by-minute. I was forced to see the document of his final moments laid out like a register for anyone to see. It was reckless and sloppy for anyone to leave behind. It was also traumatizing to have to see that after he died. I also left a message for one woman who was the contact for our family and she never returned my call. They were appalling."

"I highly recommend Guardian Angel Hospice. They gave 24-hour in-home hospice care for my mother in law. They were there for two weeks. The care went very well. They had very understanding, very compassionate, and very helpful staff. They gave complete care. Every service that they were able to provide they did for her. I was very satisfied. "
