A loved one is a resident of St Anns Community. They're all very nice, very polite, and very concerned about their patients. His room is very nice with a window to look outside. Inside is his bed, chair, TV, and dresser. I ate downstairs in the cafeteria one day. The food was okay. It wasn't home cooking, but it was okay. The place is very nice and clean. The dining room is huge. It's got every set of tables. You can tell them what you want to eat. On his floor, where my uncle is, he can tell them what he wants for lunch, breakfast, and supper. It's too much money, though, if you ask me. It is $750 a day.

I toured St. Ann's Community. The ratio between aid and patient wasn't overbearing. They were very attentive and very caring for the people that were there. There are no semi-private rooms there. They're all private rooms. The facility was well taken care of and well maintained.

My husband has been admitted to St Anns Community. I like that he is getting round-the-clock care, and the staff has been helpful. He has only been here since Thursday, but so far, I have not had any complaints. It's quite a big facility, but it's very clean. They keep it clean.

My mom is in St. Ann's Home at St. Ann's Community. It's fine. It's really clean and nice. The care couldn't be better. The staff members are exceptional. They've treated her very, very well. They've been very good to deal with. For the care she is getting, we're very pleased. She is now in long-term care.

My mother was in rehab at St Ann's Home, but I didn't have a good experience with the staff there. We had a very bad experience with the staff. The food is horrible, it's cold. The floor itself was clean and the nurse's assistants were good, but the staff itself was horrible. The rehab floor was recently remodeled, but the floors that weren't remodeled were depressing. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody, especially for rehab. The front of the house staff is not good. They were very deceitful and not forthcoming, and that place was out for nothing more than money. Unfortunately, the people that get paid the least did the best job. I didn't want to undermine the quality and the care of the overworked worker bees, so to speak, performed.
