"My mother is at Steuben Center (Formerly Steuben County Infirmary). It has not had any cases of the virus ever. She likes where she is now. I was able to negotiate down a reduced price, and we like it because we feel that she's safe. The staff is very caring, and we've been pleased. We've been able to Zoom with my mother, and they've been very helpful in setting that up. She said she likes the food. I haven't been able to go in; all I see is what's on the website. Sometimes it takes them a while to get back to you when you're trying to process paperwork, but overall it's been a reasonable experience."
