The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Everyone is always helpful. They keep the building in good condition and clean. You expect to smell something terrible when you think of a nursing facility, but when you walk in you don't get that. They offer a lot of activities for the residents and that keeps them also happy and makes it easier to visit when they have something new to tell about what they have been up to. The cafeteria is a great place to visit, they have lots of choices and good food as well. There is a lot of different places to take the residents when you are there to visit. There is a dining room, a day room and a elevator sitting area on every unit, as well as a downstairs lobby, activity room, and 2 different outdoor locations to sit, relax, and enjoy talking to everyone. The building is accessible and very easy to find. The only complaint would be the parking lot is kind of small and there is a bit of a walk to get to the main entrance door. In all I believe most everyone is happy to work there and they show it. It makes it easier to want to go back each time and know you will always feel welcome and be comfortable.
