My friend is in the Golden Years Homestead. I have talked to some residents. There are a couple that I have known for several years, who just moved their homes in the last few months. The outside is definitely a five. It's very, very nice with lots of trees around it. It has nice shade as well. It's one of those places that you look at and you say, oh, just relax and enjoy. The people I know there have said they haven't found a place more friendly than it, and the staff is great. They were very pleased that they found the place. The activities were much more to their liking, and they enjoyed them. They were well pleased. I can only say that they're very clean, and they have excellent cleaning staff. They didn't have anything bad at all to say about them. I found the staff to be very helpful and always see them with a smile on their face. When you ask them a question, they know the answer. They are very helpful, very engaging, and very honest.
