"I didn't feel rushed, and the staff were easy to talk to. It has all the same features as the other facility we visited, just a different atmosphere from the other Pine Ridge facility. "

"The staff is wonderful and friendly at the time they gave the tour in American House Sterling Meadows. They are very nice, and I can't say anything bad about it. I saw the dining room, and it was very nice. I think they had entertainment that day, so there were people in the lobby or community center. They had a Christmas bazaar going on or something like that. There was Christmas music playing, and lunch time was going on. I didn't like the rooms because I thought they were old looking and very dingy. Everything is very nice in the lobby. It is a three story building, and it used to be a single apartment. It is just an older building. I was looking for a place that was all on one floor so my mom didn't have to deal with an elevator. "

"Villa Bella of Clinton Township was an awesome community. They had a lot of stuff. It was very nice and very clean. The people were very nice. The lady during the tour was very nice and very knowledgeable. The apartments were nice. The bathrooms had the bars for the elderly people, and I was very relieved with that. The kitchenette was nice. They had lots of amenities. They had outdoor golfing, bingo, and a room where you could go read. It looked very well maintained. They had two dining areas. They were very nice. One was like a bistro, and the other one was like a regular dining room."

"It was very nice. It was very good. Everything was attractive and very well laid out. They had pretty much anything you would want in terms of activities. The staff was very nice and very accommodating. We looked at their one-bedroom unit that has a little kitchenette. "

"We really liked Windemere Park. They take them to the stores once a week and had some medical staff available. We liked that they can stay there and move into different levels of care as needed without moving out. The price was pretty good. The food looked very good."

"I toured Stonefield of Clinton Township. They were pretty clean and looked nice. They were very polite and nice and walked around with us, but didn't have the answers to some of our questions. They have a dining room, but she said they haven't gotten that program up and moving yet because there weren't enough residents, so that's what I was concerned about."

"I will be moving into Pine Ridge of Garfield. I liked the tour I had. They have field trips, shopping, card games, and all kinds of activities. The apartment I saw had a bed, a refrigerator, a stove, a kitchenette, heating, and electricity. It's a one-bedroom with a living space. The facility was not perfect, but it's very nice."

"The staff in American House is very pleasant and courteous. They were very helpful in as far as showing me exactly what I thought I would like to have in a place. They showed me different types of two-bedroom apartments. I think they had a lot of activities. "

"I went to Rose Senior Living. They took me on the normal tour, and they sat me down and explained their brochures and stuff like that. They are exceptional. The outside of the facility is well maintained, and the inside is nice and clean. They have great, big, wide aisles, but it seems like there's a sterile feeling about the place. It wasn't homey to me; it wasn't friendly. I can't say there's anything wrong with it. It just didn't give you that first impression that you would like to have somebody living here. The staff was very informative. She was really nice, she was prompt to take me around, and she was able to answer my questions."

"Park Place is very nice and it’s close to where I live so it’s very convenient. They took us around and showed us some rooms. The rooms were like little apartments and were very nice; you can bring in your own furniture. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information. "

The common areas are beautiful and the surrounding areas are also beautiful, nice, very quiet, and very low crime rate areas if any. Madison Heights Co-op apartments are affordable low income beautifully maintained and structured apartments. They are like living in luxury style apartments and the surrounding neighborhoods are also very nice, quiet and beautiful. It is a 6 floor senior community apartment. They provide their seniors with Birthday parties, Luncheons for their residents, dinners for their residents and many other services and amenities. They also offer their residents a building van and this senior community takes many trips in their onsite van; to the casino, Frankenmuth, malls, etc. This senior apartment building has 151 apartments for their seniors to live in a luxury and affordable life style for those seniors that are on low income budget or a low fixed income budget. They can have an increased chance to live in elegance and luxury also. Madison Heights Co-op Apartments is an ideal and a great place for any senior to enjoy their golden years and enjoy a very nice suburban life style. The residents there are a team together and they like it there. They enjoy ice cream together there. They socialize and interact with one another there also and they seem to be very happy there. They offer their seniors there an array of services and amenities there. They have their very own library, recreational and activity rooms, central air conditioning, heat all are also included in their rent. They provide building activities for all of their seniors to enjoy. They provide Social activities on a daily basis for their residents. Can you believe all of this for a low income and affordable budget? They also offer their residents coffee shop for them to meet each other and socialize and interact with one another on a daily basis. In general, I would rank this facility a five stars rating for their excellence and expertise for providing luxury apartments for low income seniors to live in. "

"American House was nice-looking and clean. It is also big. I got a good feel to it. I would recommend it. They have lots of activities. They have a monthly calendar for them. They did have a nice cafeteria. It was large and clean. I looked at one of their apartments and it was the smallest one but it was sort of under construction. It seemed fine though. I think I think if I were to put my aunt somewhere, it might be here at American House. It would be nice though if the staff showed me more than just one apartment. "
