Stonefield of Clinton Township

I went to Stonefield of Clinton Township. Everything was nice, from the entrance, to the lobby, to the apartments themselves. They were very nice and very clean. I met a few people that live there. As far as the manager is concerned, she was excellent and very easy to talk to. We laughed and we talked. Actually, we connected like we knew each other. She was very pleasant, and she did really well with the tour. It just was out of my price range. I didn't get a chance to sample any food, but I saw the dining room itself, and it was very clean. She also told me about different social events you could have there, but there wasn't anyone out with food or anything like that. Nevertheless, it was very nice. The staff was very nice too.

I visited the independent living community of Stonefield of Clinton Township, and I liked its location. I had actually been kind of watching when they were building it. I kind of had my eye on that for a while, and the location is perfect. The inside of the facility is spectacular and absolutely beautiful. When I first visited there, they had a salon. They no longer have it, but they said they are going to be bringing it back. The size of the apartments is perfect. I like it because there's individuality on the outside of their doors. They have a little landing or something, so the residents can decorate the outside of their facilities and the patio. Everything is beautiful about the place. There's a Walgreens drug store across the street, a Kroger's, and a lot of other places like grocery areas for the seniors, so it's a perfect location. They even have fast food around if they like that. The young lady who did the tour was excellent and explained everything. She was very thorough. It's a spectacular, superb building for seniors to be in. I highly recommend it. They have programs that they offer for the seniors, so there's really no need to even leave the facility. There are working elevators in there, which is a plus for a lot of people who can't get around. It's a newly-built building, it's still fairly new, so everything seems to be in perfect working order. The way they have the building decorated was excellent, so it's a nice environment for seniors.

I toured Stonefield of Clinton Township. They were pretty clean and looked nice. They were very polite and nice and walked around with us, but didn't have the answers to some of our questions. They have a dining room, but she said they haven't gotten that program up and moving yet because there weren't enough residents, so that's what I was concerned about.

The apartments are very nice, spacious. The buildings cleanliness is deserves a rating of 5 stars. The balcony is small ,but great for small number of plants. The manager Jean was easy to talk too and very polite, very informative about the senior apartment facility; as well as the receptionist was very friendly and courteous. I will continue to look for apartment that is one unit or private entrance ; The high rise apartment I feel it not the type of apartment I need at this point in my life. THANK YOU

I looked at Stonefield of Clinton Township. It was beautiful. They had a very small balcony, which was nice. They had a washer and dryer, but it was a small one. You had to take your large stuff to a different floor. They had nothing going on because there were only 16 people, and all they wanted to do was stay in their places. It's not what I was looking for. The place was very nice. It was brand new, and they had brand-new appliances that hadn't been used. Everything was new, but there wasn't anything to do. The tour experience was very nice, and the lady was very nice. However, the people just stayed in their apartment.
