We were so blessed to have found this facility for our Grandma after an extensive search! Fabulous Staff, beautifully maintained, an abundance of activities, food is way above average! All in all extremely satisfied & highly recommended..

My mother is in Noble Gardens of Jacksonville. It's a fair facility. Her room is small and fair. It's more like a holding place. The food is terrible, and the dining area is subpar. They don't even have a kitchen. I haven't seen any activity, and there are no amenities.

Noble Gardens of Jacksonville was okay. They seemed to be good to their residents. They were real friendly and real nice. I went to see the rooms, and they were OK, but the bathroom smelled like urine. I don't know whether that's a regular smell or whether they had not cleaned the bathroom. That turned me off when I went to visit. They just finished eating lunch when I visited. I didn't really see what was going on, but they said they had quite a few activities.

Nobody at Noble Gardens of Jacksonville seemed to know anything about a tour, so one of the workers showed me a room. I saw the residents walking around, and they didn’t seem as happy as I would like; maybe because it was very early in the morning. The room that I saw was small and reminded me of a dorm in college. It was not as homey as I would have liked, but it was clean and nice. The whole place was clean.
