Carpet was very dirty and the management refuse to steam clean or replace. Bathroom cabibet are rustic but nobody take care of it. When help my mom moving out several staff member trying to stop me from throwing garbage to the dumpster saying I throw away too much garbage. I don’t think that is true. It’s a one bedroom apartment and I removed all big items already. Even though I did throw away too much garbage do they have the right to stop residents from throwing away garbage? It’s definitely not service oriented let alone to be nice.

Hi Yuan. We apologize for any misunderstanding. We don't provide cleaning services at this community. Too much overflow of garbage in the dumpster area can pose a health hazard, which is why the area must be properly maintained for the safely of all residents.

I am comfortable living here at Eskaton Jefferson Manor. Everything is good for me here. I have happy neighbors. Everyone is pretty good too like the manager in the office and the people who control the events. I love doing exercises. They have a gym right here. I have no problem with them. They provide the best qualify care.

I would like to say the staff goes above and beyond their call of duty. Very friendly always taking the time to help everyone. The building inside out is very well kept. The new garden area is perfect. It is a blessing to see this there.It is a blessing to have found this place. Just can't say enough. Keep up the great job and thank you all.
