Del Dayo Senior Apartments is very nice and quiet. It's a gated community, with the gates closed from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M. the next day. And then the doors are also locked, you need a code to get in. There's a washer and dryer inside the building, which makes it convenient for me. It is located in a nice neighborhood, close to the river for people who want to walk. All are one-bedroom apartments. They are upgrading all of them, and I am in one that has already been upgraded. I have a nice granite countertop and a nice kitchen. The apartment is a small size but very doable. There's a little patio, as well. I have new air conditioners, there's one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Meals are not included. I have to buy my own groceries and somebody comes to help and cook. I can borrow books from the bookshelf, a room where we can play cards, and a room with a TV. There's kind of a small restaurant with a kitchen and tables which we can use if we have family over. The grounds are nice. The staff is very good and they're always on top of things. They're very attentive. Somebody comes in every day to vacuum the hallways. Everything is kept nice and clean. They have bingo, exercise classes, chair yoga classes, and card games.

Del Dayo Senior Apartments is great. The grounds are great. The staff is very friendly and gave us a walk-through. Everything was nice, clean, and updated. My sister has a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. It has a little patio, galley kitchen, lots of storage, and a walk-in pantry. They have bingo and exercise classes. They have a beautiful courtyard, a common area with a nice big kitchen, a nice, big, open gathering place, and a beautiful patio. The gardens are nice, they have walkways through the garden, and they have a gazebo. They have a place to wash your car set up. It's very nice and very welcoming. The manager is great. The maintenance man bends over backward trying to help you. They installed grab bars for my sister right away. We purchased a high boy toilet and he installed that for us. They do not provide meals, but the facilities are great. There are lots of visitors parking. There are entrances that you can park near your unit that you go visit. I love the location and the grounds.
