"I toured Trustwell Living at Ridgeview Place. The person that we met with was very courteous, showed us around, was very patient, and listened to what we were looking for. It was obvious that we were in the wrong place pretty quickly that my mom needed to be in a full nursing home as opposed to assisted living. So he helped us and gave us some advice on where to look, told us that we were in the wrong place and in a very polite and professional way. The facility looked clean, and it looked nice and homey. It felt good. It just wasn't the right place."

"The lady who showed us around Sullivan Park Assisted Living Community was very well-versed. She was very informative and gave us some very, very helpful pointers as to what to look for in any home. She was just sharp. When she showed us through, she gave us some good ideas about what needed to be done and gave us a good time reference on how far ahead you need to plan your move. She was very, very good. The facility itself was very clean, friendly, and open. It seems to have the activities we requested, the transportation, and everything. They had a beauty salon and a beautiful back lawn with paving."

"We are leaning towards the Gallery at Spokane Assisted & Senior Living because of its price. While it was high, it had much better amenities compared to other places. We also liked the fact that it was a true age in place. If Dad potentially needed to move from independent living to assisted living, he would not have to move to a different room or a different building. They could provide either of those services in the apartment that he would rent. The apartment was impeccable. It's brand new, so it's clean and bright. It's very well laid out. It is updated and modern. We looked at their menu offerings and it exceeded the others. As opposed to the others, which had set eating times, or were limited to one meal or two meals per day, you can go down at the Gallery at Spokane Assisted & Senior Living at 3:00 in the afternoon and get a sandwich if you want from the bistro. You are not restricted to any particular dining area or any particular dining time. You get three meals and I liked that the dinner has a selection of entrees. We saw the gym, the hair salon, the common areas, and the outdoor spaces, and they were all lovely, well-designed, open, bright, and airy. We really liked having the nice concierge up front. It felt like an upscale condo/apartment or hotel that I would gladly stay in. The only thing that made it seem like it was for senior citizens is the handicapped accessible bathroom. Otherwise, it wasn't like some place my grandmother decorated. They were also very informative and easy to talk to."

Its a Godly, loving, caring and protective place for all people regardless of age and their limitations. We provide a friendly safe and home environment to both our residents and their families. We also encourage participants of events like Christmas, thanksgiving and not forgetting different anniversaries and birthdays for our residents. "I visited for my son. The people that worked there were great. I only met two of the staff, and they were wonderful. The place was really nice, very clean and modern. There was nobody in the cottages that we looked at, so they were really not furnished yet."

"I liked the area that the Courtyard at Coeur d'Alene was in. It looked like a good setup. They had individual rooms available that had their own bathrooms, and it was a pretty basic setup. The environment was clean. It looked very professional. The supervisor was a nice guy. Everyone was cordial. I talked with him as he showed me around. It was pretty straightforward. He was able to answer the basic questions, and this is all new to me, so I was just following along as much as I understood, and he was accommodating to that end right there. I appreciated just how he was explaining it in basic terms, like how the Medicaid process can go on. It looked well-maintained. It was a good experience. The people were considerate. I couldn't see any other complaints with that. The one-bedroom apartment was pretty much comparable to my mother's bedroom size and her bathroom access in her own house. She sleeps in a recliner, so minus the bed in the room size, it would give her more room. It was an average, comfortable-sized room with access to its own bathroom. I can see my mom living like this comfortably. I've seen other places that don't look as good. This is clean and neat. I like the ergonomics and the setup right there. They have like an inner courtyard and outdoor kind of stuff that's very well maintained, and that was nice."
