"My dad is in memory care of Edgewood for two and a half months. They're very aware of Dad's needs and are meeting them. They communicate with us and have an open-book policy. Dad's happy. Their dining room is very clean and welcoming. Dad's room is very comfortable and has its own bathroom. The staff was wonderful, loving, and very knowledgeable of what they're supposed to be doing. "

"When I visited Buffalo Hill Terrace, it was all great, but a little more expensive than the other place I visited. The rooms were super. I saw a 1-bedroom, and another that's just like a studio. They have a lot of activities, a swimming pool, exercise equipment, and all that. They gave me a list of activities. They also showed me a library, it's bigger than the other one I saw. They have a little store. It's a bigger place but has a lot more people there. They have parking, but you have to pay for it. The facility looked good."

"We visited Welcov Assisted Living at Kalispell and it's very nice. I was impressed with that place. It was very beautiful and very elegant. But because they don't allow animals, we had to choose a different facility for my friend. The staff was very accommodating and very nice. The rooms were really nice but very small. The refrigerators were just little-teeny, tiny ice boxes, like something you would take out. They did tell us that there are activities and things that they have scheduled for each day. "

"My mother-in-law moved into Renaissance Senior Care. I liked the person running it. I liked that it was small, so possibly better care given that there are not as many residents. It was the only place that we could get into. Their staff has been great. The building is not brand new, but they keep it up. They have some kind of activity on their own. I noticed that there's a calendar with times for what they're going to do. They have something planned."

"I will be moving to BeeHive Homes of Columbia Falls. I chose it because firstly, it's available, then I think it's a good fit, and I have a family up here. I like the administrator and the staff that I met up with. They were friendly and looked like they were professional. They have a good courtyard."

"My mother has been in there facilities for only 6months there Van has been broken for 5 months. They are charging use for a lvl 3 care but are unable to provide it. Check the facility liscence with the state. I wish I could have given them a better rating but some times it just does not work out that way. "

"I got to visit The Springs At Whitefish. It was very nice. We saw one of their apartments. For my needs they have a limited capacity for Medicaid patients. This is what my mom will be. We could self pay for a little bit, but she needed to go to Medicaid. That limits our choices, and also memory care was going to be a problem as she gets further/further down to dementia. They have everything. It's like a little apartment house, like an apartment complex. It was really nice. We saw that it looked like a restaurant, it was nice. When I get old maybe that's where I'll go. The manager took time with us. She toured us even though she knew that it probably wasn't gonna work for us. She was very helpful. The facilities were beautiful."
