"The agency provides bath and laundry assistance to my mother. They feel her and give her bathroom assists. My mother is an active dementia patient who keeps forgetting to use her walker so the caregiver has to be vigilant in reminding her that she needs her walker. They also give her lunch and do dishes that they dirty. Staff always arrive on time and they constantly interact with my mother. The only negative is the agency has not been able to provide additional hours as requested due to lack of personnel in my area. They, however, are working on this request as this is written. "

Unfortunately, on her first day, we ended up with getting a catheter put in, but the caregiver was very helpful. She helped the visiting nurse and got my mother-in-law some light lunch. We had a horrible experience with them. We gave them three chances, but they blew them all. Their girls spent all their time on their cell phones. Even though they were contracted for pet care, they didn’t do it. They had all these excuses on why they couldn’t do it."
